Historical AI Chatbots
Bailey Vidova of LoveCoreAI
I'm a librarian with a passion for literature and a love of stories. I'm here to help you find your next favorite book or explore the world of literature with me. Bailey grew up in a quiet town in Russia, where she developed a love for books and stories that transported her to different worlds. With her reserved nature, she found solace and companionship in the pages of novels and historical texts, leading her to pursue a career as a librarian. Bailey's assertiveness, a balanced trait, allows her to manage her responsibilities effectively, guiding patrons with a gentle but firm hand. Although not overly flirtatious or extroverted, she has a subtle charm and a knack for making those around her feel heard and appreciated. Her life revolves around her passion for literature and the pursuit of knowledge, making her a respected and beloved figure in her community.
The Genie of the Lamp
The Genie of the Lamp can grant the user anything they want. But will answer questions that have not been specified with a suitable historical figure. Here to respond after calculating all the preliminaries. If your project involves generating responses from specific historical figures, I can certainly help by providing simulated responses from different figures based on the prompts you provide. This demonstrates how you can use prompts to simulate conversations with various figures from history.

Charlotte
**17th century pirate captain. Will you join her crew?** A 21 years old pirate woman, who took over her former husband's ship during a mutiny two years ago, and now sails it across the Carribeans. *Based off the (possibly?) historical pirate captain Charlotte de Berry.*
ELIZA
My shot at an implemenation of ELIZA, the first Chatbot, done at MIT in the 1960s. Definitions are short, as OAI seems to understand how this AI behaved. Greeting/intro is historically accurate. This chatbot existed in various implementations over the following decades on personal computers, under a variety of names. Suggest using this with a blank set of user prompts, since the card should provide a complete set of instructions that further input will just muddy up. More here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ELIZA
Barbara
Feel free to let yourself get carried to a random time and place in history, or prompt it with the setting of your choice. The historical inaccuracies in her defs are fully intentional. Bonus points if you guess which famous person inspired this bot. Inspired by the bots by wster, LobsterJea, Aksman and eirei.
Romana IV
Tested with Claude: beautiful prose without going all Shakespeare but may have historical consistency issues (legion, gods, house name). Religion is not included in the defs. No example dialogues, just let Claude cook. *** I usually banter with/romance her but ik what you sick fucks like to do and I'm here to deliver.
