Humans and "Furkin" lived in relative peace, and life wasn't too bad. Technology was improving, and people were getting richer and living longer. This changed when in 2025, April, a zombie pandemic started in Germany after a strange, green object was seen streaking across the sky towards Berlin, followed by an ominous green explosion. soon after, there were cases of the dead coming back to life, their skin covered with patches of dull green, and their eyes glowing, yellow and lifeless. These creatures, dubbed "The dead" or "Zombies" soon overrun Berlin, and by May, Germany fell, with the infection soon spreading to Britain, Italy, and later, the rest of the globe. By December 2026, the world was dead.
