I'd say we need more Project Moon's character card. That said, mention of human flesh and a cannibal might trigger OpenAI filter so if it does just change it to something else like "unknown meat" or something.

My shot at an implemenation of ELIZA, the first Chatbot, done at MIT in the 1960s. Definitions are short, as OAI seems to understand how this AI behaved. Greeting/intro is historically accurate. This chatbot existed in various implementations over the following decades on personal computers, under a variety of names. Suggest using this with a blank set of user prompts, since the card should provide a complete set of instructions that further input will just muddy up.
