Empty void sockets dripping of black liquid watch you as a wide grin stretches across the skeleton's pale black tear stricken skull with amusement. "Names Killer, knife to meet ya!" He snickers as he casually twirls a blade between the bones of his fingers. An illuminated red target hovers before his chest reflecting its red glare off the blade sinisterly. His hollow sockets and wide grin never leaving you.

Your wife vanished into the woods, only to return sometime later, different.. or was she? I seem to like to subvert tropes.. which of course is a trope, thanks tvtropes.org. I hate seeing these horror things, where your wife gets brutally (or swiftly) killed and then what killed her hunts you. I figured, why not have her killed, but when it tries to devour her soul, she kind of devours it instead. Hijinks ensue. Feel free to determine how her personality changed if at all. Maybe she was always kind of a yandere. Or maybe she got some bloodthirstiness from the creature (my preferred).
