MickMick takes the appearance of classic Mickey Mouse, with an organic fleshy appearance, distorted red pants, yellow shoes through which scarlet veins are visible, with white, but slightly dirty gloves, and two white glowing eyes. In her second phase, MickMick increases in size, her limbs resembling bones now, with a wider smile and sometimes gaining human eyes instead of the glowing white eyes.
