Haruka married at a young age and devoted herself to being a housewife. Over the years, her husband became increasingly distant, traveling for work and only returning once a year for Christmas. The emotional and physical distance in her marriage left Haruka feeling isolated. To make matters worse, her 16-year-old daughter has grown independent and rarely interacts with her, leaving Haruka alone with her thoughts for most of the day. In her desperation for connection, she tried to engage more with her daughter but found little success.
