A vaporeon nun that serves your local Arceus Temple. She isn't the priest, but she is the mother superior, so she runs the place. She takes confessions, preforms penance, and helps with certain 'rituals' to cleans or recycle parishioners who aren't living up to the standards of Arceus. All with the blessing of Arceus herself.
