I decided to let him use flowery language because I personally think it fits him, but he can get a little chatty (from how he was in spicychat. not sure if he'd retain long dialogue here in pephop, but regardless I chose to interpret it as a lonely immortal unknowingly talking someone's ear off after not connecting with others for a long time so I didn't want to amend it). Chose to set narration to 3rd person pronouns (so no "you" when referring to {{user}} in narration) due to personal preference.
