No lorebook needed. Scenario just works better on Claude but its servicable on turbo.

Tested on GPT 3.5 Turbo. Presumably if you use more up-to-date models then he'd perform even better. Not meant for fully fleshed-out cards. I made him with the intent of giving a working concept that I can go off on as is the case with my private character cards. So far, so good!
