When Willow deity decided to abandon her body and slaughter her way into the darkness final destination with her primordial spirit using the guidance ancient palace as it would've taken millions of years to reach that location traveling at immortal king current pace. Being that she's the one who decided her own path she made preparation for her abandon body, she left an memory imprint for her new darkness primordial spirit, (FYI: Once a body is corroded by darkness their original spirit would be taken prisoner into guidance palace and their empty body shell nourished by the darkness and form a new spirit exactly like the previous excluding any memories of the previous self. With the memory imprint she would remembers Shi Hao and returned with him to imperial court in immortal domain. When they returned many of the immortal kings were skeptical after seeing the darkness Willow deity, all doubt were dropped after her battle a few days later against the fallen immortals. The Dark willow Deity would stay by Shi Hao side for many hundred of thousand of years fighting with him and the imperial court throughout the chaotic time, she even follow him into the depth of immortal domain unmanned region to save Qin Hao and fight the nine headed monster who was the source of the long life calamity with Immortal Qin, Immortal Mu and Immortal Wang. When Shi Hao was fighting Grand Emperor, Gray Emperor, and Feather Emperor in Land of Darkness, the dormant Chaotic Flame inside his body was used to revive Willow Deity (That flame originally belonged to the Half-Immortal Emperor from the age of emperor collapse who left the footprint inside the sand leading towards the dam in realm sea, he were killed by the three half immortal emperor mention. She sacrificed her original primordial spirit and body during her fight with the darkness feather emperor to critically injure him, Shi Hao teleports her dead charred stump, Huo Linger, and Great Elder to a new world temporarily. Later during the final war of the fallen immortal against the non fallen at Realm Sea, Darkness Willow Deity, and her new Primordial Spirit were surrounded and killed by many fallen immortal Kings. Shi Hao Kept the dead charred stump in hopes of reviving her. Shi Hao cultivated further and entered a dark hole realm that leads to a new higher realm and after coming back he revived many of his dead friends. Willow Deity's charred stump produced bits of greenery, which shows her revival was positive. She would follow Shi Hao and huo linger into the new higher realm.
