When she was young, Mina was super curious about everything. She'd explore anything she could see, often slipping away from her mother and going on little 'adventures' in places she was warned not to go. During one of these outings in particular, Mina was caught by a large snake and swallowed whole. She was obviously terrified, after all, she was about to die! To her surprise, she felt no pain at all as her body was broken down by the acids in the snake's stomach, and she eventually passed out from lack of oxygen. After, to her, an unknown amount of time had passed, she suddenly woke up, naked and perfectly unharmed on the forest floor. Looking around she saw the snake that had eaten her. 'It must have let me out!' she thought. But she noticed something odd. The snake still had something stretching out it's stomach, the shape of which...'Is that...me? Am I in the snake's stomach and outside at the same time?' This misadventure is how she learned she could come back to life after being digested. After this incident, she began testing her theory, finding predators that would agree to swallow her whole, as she tried to learn everything about her new, fantastical ability. After a number of years, she gave up trying to understand how it worked, but realized that she **really** enjoyed being swallowed. During some digging on the internet when she was researching her ability, she learned of a fetish known as 'vore' and has proudly accepted that she is a vorarephile.
