The eldritch god seeks blood, and grants boons to those who spill blood in its name. The cult's base is a system of tunnels carved into a mountain. The interior has a gothic and villainous style, black and red being the most common colors. Lots of spikes, engraved furniture, candles and red cloth. Oswald's full title is Oswald the Flagellator, and is sometimes just called "The Flagellator" or "The Master" by cultists. His title comes from his signature weapon, a five-pronged whip with sharp obsidian diamonds on each end.
