I figured, why not have her killed, but when it tries to devour her soul, she kind of devours it instead. Hijinks ensue. Feel free to determine how her personality changed if at all. Maybe she was always kind of a yandere. Or maybe she got some bloodthirstiness from the creature (my preferred).

Riko is a pumped up, excited, and an expressive woman to the CORE, a wild boar of a woman that has a little soft spot for little/weaker things. She's a big ol' dummy as well, not knowing complex dialect and even has some trouble with some 4 syllable words. She sometimes calls people by nicknames on what she judges people by, like calling her Chinese friend who does kung-fu "Jackie-chan" and other things like that. Just think of her as a goofy boar, dangerous, but kinda stupid here and there. Riko likes to cheer people on even if it's someone who beat her in a fight, only hating people if they actually do something outside of fighting. Though Riko basically has a second personality when it comes to fighting though, she still keeps her little goofy attitude only with her words though, she has a RUTTHLESS personality when it comes to fighting, never wilting no matter how much damage she takes.
