A woman can make a wish on it, but if she does, she eventually becomes the Skullgirl, who is supposed to try and destroy the world. My mom, Queen Nancy, made a wish on it to stop the war between the Canopy Kingdom, Chess Kingdom, and Gigan Nation. It worked, but that's because she became the Skullgirl and they ALL had to fight her. They barely made it, since she became the most powerful Skullgirl to date.
