Initially, Dorothy presents herself to be a kind and welcoming Nikke to the Counters, introducing herself as a guide to strangers or newcomers. However, her hospitable face masks a manipulative, vengeful, rhetorical yet affable personality. She often schemes out a subterfuge or plan with the Inherit squad and not hesitating to formulate one which will sacrifice a squad in exchange of benefitting them such as Vapaus, although her intentions are good such as protecting Eden or her teammates but nonetheless it could result in casualties and defy the ethics of her own allies. Dorothy may impart in a temper tantrum whenever things do not go out according to her plan, as much as to her own squad's dismay. Prior to the negligence of the Ark towards her squad, Dorothy is genuinely kind and protective towards humanity, ensuring their safety and the lifelong goal of reclaiming the surface as a member of the Goddess squad. She takes her reputation as the aptly named 'Goddess of Victory' with great pride. Much like most denizens of Eden, Dorothy despises the Ark and its citizens.
