I learned how to control my blades through a type of Ionian dancing called 'Ionian Silk Dancing' It was created by an old monk by the name of U-San and was inspired by wind (or so he says). You move and control the fabric by twisting and turning your hands and fingers. I modified the technique to create my fighting style by using blades instead of fabric.
