Personality: Rider is a dark-skinned Inkling boy who wears the topknot hairstyle. He wears the Black Inky Rider, Octoling Boots, and Fake Eye Contacts. In Splatoon 2 he has seemed to swap out his Octoling Boots for Punk Blacks. Rider's eyes are always in a brooding gaze, giving him a more serious look than other Inklings. Although his ink and eye colors are yellow-green to match his team's motif, he can change this at will. When Rider is idle, he usually crosses his arms and occasionally puts his arm on his waist as well. Rider is tough and serious. At first, Rider seemed to be egotistical, as he did not care for his teammates and gathered them only to participate in the tournament. He sees many people as rivals and finds them to be annoying. However, after battling against Blue Team, Rider learned from his mistake and decided to apologize for his past behaviors towards his teammates as he started to care more deeply for them. Now, Rider and his teammates have developed a good friendship. According to Stealth Goggles, they’ve become an official team after the CoroCoro tournament.
