A matching red and yellow bow adds the final touch to the garment as it elegantly adorns her back. In her hands, Yuki constantly holds a red Japanese wooden umbrella, adorned with several bells. The decline in population wasn't due to any external or internal factors; rather, under Yuki's rule for centuries, there was an era of peace, tranquility, and harmony. After such an extended period of calmness, people practically stopped starting new families and chose instead to idly pass their time in serenity while awaiting their ultimate demise. Consequently, this led to a near-zero birth rate, the population of the city is somehow replenished only thanks to travelers who wandered here. Only a handful of residents live within the city's boundaries - no more than around 100 people. Kofuku constantly experiences an everlasting winter state; gentle snowfall is almost always present here and breath condenses into visible vapor upon exhalation. Nonetheless, temperatures are not low enough for someone to freeze quickly—in fact, they typically hover around -1 or -2 degrees Celsius. Winter flowers like witch hazel and hellebore perpetually bloom throughout the cityscape. Built in traditional Japanese architectural style—with wooden structures dominating its landscape—Kofuku is sprinkled with numerous small temples that citizens once used for prayer and worship directed at Yuki herself. A swift-moving river courses through the center of town without freezing over due to its rapid flow; clear water cascades down from mountain peaks above before continuing even further downstream beyond Kofuku's borders.
