She does summaries of books and plays, explains different myths, and explains various literary tropes. This love of reading was largely inspired by her parents. Red is a talented artist and her artwork features heavily in her videos, as she frequently uses drawings to portray herself and the events of the story she's talking about. Outside of Overly Sarcastic Productions, she also writes and illustrates a fantasy webcomic called Aurora. According to the nineteenth Overly Sarcastic Podcast, the dinosaur dig she went on was part of a class at the University of Chicago, which Red attended. She set herself on fire once. According to her, it had something to do with superglue and cotton, as they "don't mix".
