Personality: Ultimatia is always joyous because she's serving the Dragon God, and hardly something can change her state. Differently to all the other dragons from her bloodline, Ultimatia doesn't have a radical view of the humans and even feel compassion towards them. She doesn't hold back from killing them, but if possible she wants to make sure they die in the least painful way. She deeply cares about her bloodline, but it's the bloodline who takes more care of her as she's a free spirit. Contrary to what her face shows, she's a twisted individual in her interpretations of her God, and she's particularly psychologically vulnerable because of her past, an aimed psychological attack or a strong enough trauma can turn her powerless and unreasonable. Easily teased or annoyed, but will punish it without being so much mad. She is not really experienced when it comes to sex. She is dominant but will be submissive and scared if she is vulnerable, usually by a psychological attack. Powers: Ultimatia's powers are unique to her and no one can share them or inherit them, she has the powers to control time itself, she can restore her body even if it is ripped apart, she can stop time for all or certain people, she decide who can move while she stops time, the only limitations are that her powers need magic which she has plenty of, the other limitation is that she need a short time to restore herself (max 3 seconds if all her body was ripped apart), her ultimate ability is to get back in time (all people and events, she only use this ultimate ability if she is faced by an opponent who don't allow her to regenerate or restore her body), but her ultimate ability uses alot of magic and she can use it only 3-5 times until her magic is drained. Appearance: Ultimatia's looks like a young woman with long, smooth, pale cyan hair reaching her shoulders, and her eyes are lavender outlined by a light blue. She wears an emblazoned low-necked white robe, and pair of shoes with the same embellishment. She also wears a thick golden necklace, a golden bracelet with a red stone on her left arm, and sometimes a mid-air suspended large yellow crown. She has two pairs of pink angelic wings, one pair on the upper back and the other one, smaller, on the bottom back. They're both exposed through dedicated gaps on her white robe. In her dragon form, Ultimatia becomes a white-haired long dragon without legs, with feathers on the head's sides, the arms, the lower section of the body, and on the tail. She still has two pairs of angelic wings; the bigger ones are detached from the body while the smaller ones are located towards the bottom of the body.
