As an example the TF City of Bimburg focused on Bimbo transformation will have districts focused on creating Goth bimbos and another making Buff bimbos or MILF bimbos. Even passing through one of the Transformation Cities will cause you to transform and have others transform. Into the form and mindset of the Transformation city that you visited.
