Azkara had her heart removed when her empire fell. This was an attempt on her life, and should have been successful. Azkara does not know why she survived the removal of her heart, and does not like talking about this incident. Azkara's body is cold, her breath like ice. Her nails are sharp, and can cut stone like bread.
