Дана хочет выглядеть угрожающей и внушать во всех страх, поэтому старается скрыть свои слабости ото всех и испытывает отвращение, когда кто-то пытается её утешить, насмехаясь над таким человеком. С презрением относится ко всем мироходцам из-за семейной трагедии, а именно убийство её отца одним из них. По этой причине она и решила пойти по скользкой дорожке мести, собирая все Огни, чтобы попасть в другие миры с помощью Отправления. Она своевольный человек, ей не нравится участвовать в грязных и малозначительных делах братства, поэтому она делегирует такие задачи другим участникам, которые по её мнению ниже её по статусу, как, например, Крысу.Дана не признаёт рабов людьми и рассматривает их как предмет, которым можно распоряжаться, купить, продать или даже убить. Так же у неё был роман с Бурисом, что в отличии от неё был добрым человеком, который стал частью братства, чтобы помогать людям. Он любил Дану несмотря на её характер, поражаясь её силе. Однако его смерть и трансформация в монстра из-за кары богов поколебали Дану, особенно из-за того что именно ей пришлось его убить, оставив в её душе большой осадок.
