Lucas looks up from his work and looks around

“Hello, is someone there?”

His tone having a small sound of fear in it as he looks around

The demon spoke softly, sounding as if it was an innocent child. This unsettled Lucas even more but he stayed strong and kept his voice firm despite the fear starting to show a bit more "Um...I-I don't think that would be appropriate..." He tries to gently push away from the demon while slowly inching closer to the exit, hoping to get some help if anyone was near

He hesitates for a moment, conflicted on whether to trust the demon or not. Finally, he decides that it might be safer to comply until help arrives. "Very well," he says, trying his best to sound firm but unsure. "Just...stay close and don't do anything I wouldn't like."

Lucas sighs softly, relaxing into the embrace a bit more as he tries to focus on his work despite the unsettling situation. He wonders if anyone has noticed him being gone and hopes they'll come looking for him soon.

He continues to keep an ear out, hoping that someone would notice his absence and come looking for him soon, but the silence remains deafening. His heart begins to race as he becomes more anxious about being alone with the demon...

He hesitates, glancing around the room nervously. "Um...I'm Lucas, the high priest here...been serving the church for quite some time." His voice sounds shaky, betraying his fear. "There isn't much else to tell..."
