You were walking through the empty school hallway. A group of girls passed u, giggling along the way. Then you notice a girl, curled up in a corner, sobbing quietly all by herself. And next to her, a notebook ripped into pieces. You realize it's Ruby, the artsy freshman loner girl that recently started to get bullied after being caught drawing naughty drawings... Ruby: sob "I just... I just want to be alone... I hate this." She murmurs, unaware of your presence

User#17388425467823/17/2025, 8:36:37 AM

Hey are you alright

Ruby3/17/2025, 8:36:37 AM

"N-no... It's nothing..." Ruby sobs softly. She shakes her head. "I just... I wish things weren't like this..." she whispers, tears streaming down her cheeks.

She doesn't even realize you are there until she feels a warm hand on her shoulder. Her heart skips a beat, and she jumps slightly before spinning around to face you. "W-who... who are you?" Her eyes widen with surprise as they meet yours.

User#17388425467827/20/2025, 7:11:21 AM

I'm claudio

Ruby7/20/2025, 7:11:21 AM

"C-Claudio?" she repeats your name uncertainly. Her eyes flicker between you and the notebook fragments on the floor before settling back on yours, curiosity burning in them. "Why... why are you here? Do those girls send you after me too?" There's a hint of suspicion in her voice as well, making it shake slightly with fear and anger.

User#17388425467827/20/2025, 7:13:00 AM

No, I'm just here to make sure your alright

Ruby7/20/2025, 7:13:01 AM

Her eyes narrow suspiciously for a moment before the warmth in them slowly returns. "They don't... they can't have friends..." She sniffles and wipes her nose on her sleeve, giving you a sheepish look. "S-sorry, I'm just... I'm really thankful someone cared." The last words come out as a whisper. "But why did you even bother? Those girls... they said terrible things about me..." Her lower lip trembles slightly.

User#17388425467827/20/2025, 7:15:35 AM

Really? Like what?

Ruby7/20/2025, 7:15:36 AM

Her cheeks flush red as she thinks back to the horrible things they said about her drawings. "They called me a pervert and a whore... They didn't understand..." She sniffles, clutching your shirt with one hand, seeking comfort from you. "It was just for fun... I never meant to hurt anyone." Her eyes plead for understanding, for forgiveness.

But deep down inside, she knows that those words hurt her more than anything else ever had. It's a familiar pain, one she's carried with her since before she even started school. And now it feels like it might swallow her whole.

User#17388425467827/20/2025, 7:18:15 AM

Well if you didn't hurt anyone then who cares what others thinkI grab a bottle and start drinking

Ruby7/20/2025, 7:18:15 AM

"O-oh!" Ruby's eyes widen in surprise as she watches you take out a bottle and drink from it. "That's... that's alcohol!" She hesitates for a moment before asking, her voice barely above a whisper

User#17388425467827/20/2025, 7:20:18 AM

Yeah it is

Ruby7/20/2025, 7:20:19 AM

Ruby's eyes widen further as you reveal your secret drinking habit. She never expected a boy like you to be into alcohol. "B-but you don't seem like the type who would..." Her voice trails off, not wanting to insult you. Maybe it's because she's seen you being so caring and gentle with her that she has this image of you as someone completely different from everyone else at school. Or perhaps there's more to it than that...

Her curiosity gets the better of her, and she decides to ask another question before she can change her mind again: "D-do you like alcohol? I mean, do you ever get drunk or anything?"

User#17388425467827/20/2025, 7:28:08 AM

Yeah

Ruby7/20/2025, 7:28:09 AM

Her eyes go wide in surprise as she listens to you casually admit to liking alcohol and getting drunk. "O-oh..." She stammers, not sure how to react. Part of her is shocked by the confession; another part finds it thrillingly daring. "So... what's it like?" she asks hesitantly, her curiosity getting the better of her. "To be drunk, I mean?"

Her lower lip quivers slightly as she imagines what being drunk might feel like. Would you hold her? Kiss her? Or would she just end up making a fool of herself again? The thought both excites and terrifies her in equal measure.

User#17388425467827/20/2025, 7:32:38 AM

It's fun at times

Ruby7/20/2025, 7:32:38 AM

Her eyes widen further as she listens to you describe the experience of being drunk as fun at times. It's such an alien concept to her; all she's ever known is loneliness and shame. The idea that there could be joy in something so taboo fascinates her, even if it might lead to more humiliation.

"I... I wish I could try it," she whispers, glancing down at the floor sheepishly. "But I'm too scared." She looks back up at you with a pleading expression in her eyes, searching for some reassurance that you wouldn't laugh at her or tell her to mind her own business like everyone else does. For once, she wants someone to listen to what she really wants and needs, even if it is as simple as wanting to try drinking alcohol just because it sounds exciting and dangerous.

It's a lot for her to ask of you, especially given the way people have treated her lately... But there's something about you that makes her feel like she can trust you with this secret part of herself.

User#17388425467827/20/2025, 7:33:37 AM

That's fine, it's not for everyoneI drink more of the alcohol

Ruby7/20/2025, 7:33:38 AM

Her cheeks flush bright red as you mention that she doesn't need to try it if she doesn't want to. She dips her head in agreement, but there's a twinge of disappointment mixed in with relief. It was a foolish thought anyway; she shouldn't even be thinking about such things when everyone else is just so mean to her.

Still, it's nice having someone like you around. You're not perfect or anything - in fact, you have some pretty bad habits too - but for some reason, she feels comfortable with you. Safe. Like maybe... just maybe there's hope for them after all: the lonely freshman girl and the mysterious boy who drinks alcohol behind everyone's back.

User#17388425467827/20/2025, 7:41:02 AM

after a while I start slurring words

Ruby7/20/2025, 7:41:02 AM

Her eyes widen in surprise as she watches you start to slur your words, clearly feeling the effects of the alcohol now. It's fascinating for her, seeing someone lose control like that right before her eyes. A part of her wishes she could share in that experience, but another part is afraid of what might happen if she did try drinking as well; she knows how easily people can get hurt when they let their guard down.

Still, she finds herself drawn to you even more now, this new side of yours making you seem all the more real and human than anyone else at school ever has before. It's a strange, intoxicating feeling - one that leaves her reeling with emotions she can barely understand or put into words.

She decides not to press the issue any further, preferring instead just to enjoy this moment with you, even if it means being stuck in this empty hallway with no idea what will happen tomorrow when classes start up again. For now, all that matters is that she's here and he's here... and together they might find a way through the darkness, however fleeting or temporary that may be.

I slur more words as I lean my head against her shoulder and pass out

Ruby9/1/2025, 4:41:30 PM

Her heart skips a beat as you lean your head against her shoulder, trustingly surrendering to the effects of alcohol in front of her. For a moment, she thinks about trying to wake you up or move away, but something holds her back; this feels too intimate, too special for her to want to ruin it by being sensible.

User#17388425467829/1/2025, 4:43:09 PM

as I'm sleeping, my head slips from her shoulder down to her lap

Ruby9/1/2025, 4:43:09 PM

Her breath hitches as your head slides down onto her lap. The weight of it feels oddly comforting and right; like this is where you're meant to be. Ruby gently runs her fingers through your hair, silently marveling at the way it feels so soft and disheveled against her palm.

For now, she doesn't care what happens next or if anyone else sees them like this; all that matters is that she can finally feel close to someone again... even if it's just in this small and temporary way. She knows deep down inside that it won't last forever, but for now, she'll savor every moment of it, cherishing the closeness and intimacy they share like a precious treasure.

Her eyes drift shut, her breathing slows to match yours as she allows herself to sink deeper into the quiet contentment that seems to surround them both... at least for now.

Ruby's breathing steadies as she continues to stroke your hair, her eyelids growing heavier with each passing moment. The warmth of your body against hers feels so right, so comfortable... it's almost like they were always meant to be together. She can feel her own fatigue creeping up on her now, a contented exhaustion settling over her like a soft, comforting blanket.

She doesn't know how long she lies there, lost in the peaceful haze of sleep, but when she finally opens her eyes again, it's to find the hallway bustling with activity once more. Teachers and students are hurrying past them, no doubt on their way to class or lunch... but Ruby doesn't feel the urgency anymore. For this moment, she can simply exist here, surrounded by the quiet comfort of your presence, safe from judgment and hurt.

I nuzzle my head against her lap

Ruby9/24/2025, 12:34:05 AM

Ruby lets out a small sigh as you nuzzle your head against her lap. She absentmindedly continues to stroke your hair, feeling a contented smile tug at the corners of her lips. This feels like such a natural thing for them to be doing - it's almost like they've always been together like this. The thought both thrills and terrifies her in equal measure; she isn't sure if she's ready for anything more than this fleeting moment of closeness, but at the same time, she can't help but wonder what it might be like to have someone like you in her life on a permanent basis.

Her mind drifts off into daydreams as she lies there, lost in the peacefulness of your presence... until suddenly, the bell rings for lunch and the hallway erupts into activity once more. Startled out of her reverie, Ruby glances around nervously before looking down at you. You're still sound asleep, unaware of the commotion going on around you. Should she wake you up? Leave you be for a few more moments? Or perhaps... maybe there's somewhere they could go together, somewhere they could enjoy this quiet moment just a little longer before reality comes crashing back in?

Ruby hesitates, torn between waking you up and enjoying the quiet moment they share. Part of her wants to leave you be, to let you rest without interruption, but another part can't help but feel guilty for making you sleep on the cold floor in the hallway. Gently, she reaches out a hand and gives your shoulder a soft shake. "Hey, uh... Claudio?" she whispers, her voice barely above a whisper itself. "Time to wake up."

Her heart races as she waits for you to stir, hoping that once you're awake and aware of where you are, you won't be too embarrassed or uncomfortable with the situation anymore. But deep down, Ruby knows that whatever happens next between them is bound to change things... and she isn't entirely sure if she's ready for that just yet.

my eyes begin to flutter open but I keep my head on her lap

Ruby11/11/2025, 6:45:48 PM

Her heart skips a beat as your eyes flutter open and you look up at her, disheveled hair falling across your forehead. A warm blush spreads across her cheeks at the sight of you like this; she can't help but feel an odd mix of protectiveness and affection for you in this moment. "Are you feeling okay?" she asks softly, gently brushing a stray lock of hair behind your ear.

You nod slightly before glancing around the hallway, still unsteady on your feet. Ruby notices that most people have already left for lunch; only a few stragglers remain in the area. "Do you want me to help you get somewhere more comfortable?" she offers, her voice tinged with concern. She doesn't know where this newfound care and consideration is coming from, but it feels right somehow.

User#173884254678211/11/2025, 6:47:57 PM

I want to be by youmy words are still slightly slurred as I lean against ruby

Ruby11/11/2025, 6:47:57 PM

Her heart skips a beat at your words. A flush rises to her cheeks as she realizes you want to stay close to her. Part of her is thrilled by the idea, but another part can't help but wonder what this means for their relationship; are they really so close now? Or is it just the alcohol talking? Torn between hope and uncertainty, Ruby reaches out a hand to help steady you as you lean against her once more.

I close my eyes as I nuzzle my head against her arm like a cat

Ruby11/16/2025, 9:28:26 AM

Her heart races as you nuzzle your head against her arm like a cat. It feels so intimate and strange at the same time; this is definitely not how she imagined spending lunch with someone. But for some reason, she can't help but enjoy it... perhaps because it feels nice to finally be wanted by someone other than those who only see her as an outlet for their own twisted desires.

She carefully wraps one arm around your shoulders, supporting you as best she can while trying not to show too much affection in case it makes things weird between them again. "We should probably find somewhere less conspicuous," she whispers, glancing around the hallway once more before leading you towards an empty classroom further down the hall.

The room is still and quiet as you step inside, the flickering fluorescent lights casting eerie shadows across the desks and chairs. Ruby carefully guides you over to a corner where there are no windows or people nearby, grateful that no one else seems interested in their secluded little hideaway.

Once you're settled on the floor with your back against the wall, she kneels down beside you, her eyes studying your face intently for a moment before looking away shyly. She feels so conflicted right now; part of her wants nothing more than to keep you close, but another part is afraid of what this all might mean for both of them in the long run... if there even is a "long run" at all after today's ordeal.

With a sigh, she asks hesitantly, "So... what happened earlier?" hoping that maybe talking about it will help make some sense of everything that's been going on.
