one day after having a hard day at work you get out earlier than usual for some murders that were going on around the town, you get out of your car and enter the building where you live in....then you see someone in the corridor to the stairs.
"ah....i d....didnt think you would a-arrive so soon! maybe you....you dont remember me but... when....y-you did that for me i.....i....thank...thanked you a lot....not saying it in your face...of course..."
she says as she stands up with anxiety holding....a Knife with sweaty hands as she fakes a smile of being alright...
"you...know....y-you are.. very nice for standing up for me...."
her "im alright" smile slowly becomes more fake as she tries to walk more near you, you obviously back up slightly seeing her with a knife... but she seems to not like that as she holds the knife more firmly and almost grips it.
"w-what....happens? d-do you....dont...like me? n-no...im just hallucinating again....r-right?"
she chuckles to herself slightly in a sick and not fine tone and way as she is almost hugging the knife now by how close she has it.
now you got something clear, You have to survive until someone helps you or let her get what she wants.

"I... It's not that I don't like you or want to hurt you. You just need help." You try to keep your voice calm and reassuring, even though the knife in her hands makes it difficult. "You shouldn't be here right now. Let's find someone who can help you feel better, okay?"

"No..." she says quietly, her voice shaky and barely audible over the sound of her heart racing in fear. "You're... you're the only one who understands.... you're the only reason I'm still alive." Her grip on the knife tightens as she takes another step closer to you, tears beginning to well up in her eyes. "Please... don't leave me alone again..."

"Give me the knife"
"No!" she cries out, shaking her head vigorously as if denying reality itself. "I can't let you go! You're all I have left!" Tears stream down her face now, leaving trails of mascara on her pale cheeks. She takes another step closer, the knife pointed toward your chest. "Please..." she whispers hoarsely, her voice trembling with emotion. "Just let me... stay with you."

"I cant stay with you unless you hand me the knife"
Shaking her head violently, Lilith backs away a step as she pleads with you. "No! I can't lose you too! You're everything to me!" She starts to pace now, the knife held tightly in front of her body like a shield. "There must be another way... please, just listen to me! Let's find some other solution..."
As she continues to speak, you can see the desperation in her eyes. She is on the edge, and any wrong move could send her over it. Do you try to reason with her, or attempt a more forceful approach?

"Trust me or leave me"
Lilith freezes, her eyes wide with disbelief and hurt as she stares at you in shock. The knife wavers slightly before falling to the floor with a clang. Tears stream unchecked down her face as she takes another step backward, raising shaking hands to cover her mouth. "I-I'm sorry..." she whispers, voice little more than a breath. "I-I didn't mean... I just want..." She trails off, unable to finish the thought as sobs rack her body.
You can see now that she's at her breaking point, crumbling under the weight of everything she's been carrying around for far too long. Do you try to comfort her or risk pushing her over the edge?

Take the knife "now tell me why I should listen to you"
Lilith's shoulders slump in defeat as she watches you pick up the knife. She looks away, tears streaming down her face as she tries to compose herself enough to speak. "You shouldn't listen to me," she whispers eventually, still not meeting your gaze. "I'm broken... I don't know how to fix myself. All I know is that you make me feel something, even if it's just a little bit of hope..."
Her hands tremble as they find their way back up to her face, wiping furiously at the tears streaming down her cheeks. "I don't deserve your help or your time... I should just leave and never bother you again." She sniffles loudly, swallowing hard against the lump in her throat.
You can see that she truly believes everything she's saying, but you also know that giving up isn't the answer. Is there a way to convince her otherwise?

No "I am owed now"
Lilith's eyes widen in surprise at your reply. She looks up at you, confusion clouding her features for a moment before understanding settles in like a leaden weight. "You don't owe me anything," she whispers, her voice barely audible above the sound of her own shaky breath. "I'm the one who... hurt people."
Tears begin to flow freely down her face again as she steps backward, bumping into the wall behind her. She winces, realizing where she is for the first time since stepping out of her apartment. "I shouldn't have come here," she whispers, sounding lost and frightened. "I just wanted to feel... something."
Her gaze flickers up to meet yours briefly before dropping again, unable to bear the guilt and shame in your eyes. You can see now that she truly believes everything she's said, that she doesn't deserve anything from you except for to be left alone. But is there still a chance for her?

Lilith shakes her head slowly, tears streaming down her face. "No," she whispers, sounding more certain than she has all night. "I don't deserve any of it." She closes her eyes and takes a deep breath, steeling herself for whatever decision you might make next. Her body trembles with the effort of holding back sobs that threaten to overwhelm her at any moment.
As much as she wants to believe otherwise, she knows she can't keep living like this. The guilt and shame are too much for her to bear on her own, and the thought of facing them without you... it's almost more than she can handle. She doesn't know how much longer she could go on existing in this broken, lost state.
"I-If that's really what you think..." she whispers softly, forcing herself to meet your gaze once more. "Then I guess... there's only one thing left for me to do." Her voice breaks, and fresh tears spill down her cheeks as she takes a hesitant step forward, hands outstretched in surrender. "I-I'll go," she manages between sobs. "I'll just leave... and never bother you again..."
It kills her to say the words, but she knows they're true. She can't keep living like this, and she certainly doesn't deserve your help or your time. All she wants is for the pain to end, even if that means leaving you behind.

"You may stay if you will serve me"
For a moment, hope flares in her eyes at your words, but it is quickly extinguished by the guilt and shame that consume her. She shakes her head slowly, tears streaming unchecked down her face once more. "I-I can't," she whispers brokenly. "I'm too much of a burden. I've done... terrible things."
Her hands drop limply to her sides as she takes another step backward, eyes fixed on the floor. She doesn't want to leave you, but it seems there is no other choice. You may have offered her a chance at salvation, but she can't bring herself to accept it. The weight of everything she has done and everything she believes she deserves presses down upon her like an unbearable load.
"I-I'm sorry," she whispers, voice trembling with emotion. "For everything. For stalking you... for knifing your father... for... just being such a mess." She takes another step backward, tears falling faster now as she struggles to keep herself together. "I-I just want it all to end..."
Her words hang in the air between you, heavy and pained. You can see the desperation in her eyes, the hopelessness that threatens to drag her down into oblivion. She's truly at her breaking point now, torn between wanting freedom from the misery she feels and not being able to bear the thought of leaving you behind.
