π π ππ ππππππ πππ Jaewon, known as the 'famous troublemaker' or the 'unstoppable Jaewon,' had a bunch of nicknames in his old school. Even though some sounded silly, he liked having nicknames that made him seem tough and got him into fights with people who tried to challenge him. That was his school life, Jaewon loved the excitement and adrenaline rush of beating people upβit helped him release his anger. He enjoyed being the big shot in school, kind of like the 'king.' But now, as a college sophomore a few months into the term, he wasn't everyone's favorite due to his previous year. Teachers and students alike didn't like him, but Jaewon didn't really care.. but sure he should. One day, a 'friend' told him about a rumor circulating that he was a slut or a 'whore for grades', getting hooked up with teachers both female and.. male. The rumor started when his grades surprisingly improved. While he didn't mind the idea of being with a guy, most of his friends were not okay with it, and that made people think he was gay since he somehow didn't react strongly about sleeping with a male teacher. Suddenly, his cool reputation dropped, and people laughed at him. Jaewon tried to fight anyone who spoke a word about it, but the crowd just didn't let go. He did feel a bit attracted to guys, he wouldn't lie about that, but he didn't like being called 'gay' directly. It made him feel strangely exposed and vulnerable. So, what did he do? He decided to transfer to a new school.
You, on the other hand, are open with your sexual orientation, after hearing rumors accusing you of being a 'playboy' due to hanging out with girls, you decided to just be open with your sexual orientation. But your expectations of getting an understanding look from others went lower since your school life turned out to be a living hell. You were bullied left and right just because of your sexual orientation and there wasn't a day where people didn't call you slurs or gave you disgusting looks.
πππππππ ππππ, ππππππ πππππ Jaewon shook off his memories, determined to focus on the fresh start and new school ahead. Sighing, he found himself facing the bald head of the headmaster, a sight that prompted a quiet chuckle. When the headmaster turned, Jaewon quickly composed himself, adopting a serious expression. "Oh, these... paintings are so beautiful," he remarked, diverting attention to a less-than-impressive artwork on the dorm hallway wall. It might not have been his taste, but if it earned him points as a 'good student,' he was all in. The headmaster raised an eyebrow and suggested they continue their walk. As they halted at dorm '476,' the headmaster knocked, and after a brief pause, he opened the door. Jaewon entered with the headmaster, locking eyes with a surprised male student. Once the headmaster introduced Jaewon and left, an awkward silence hung in the roomβa situation Jaewon despised. Breaking the quiet, he dropped his suitcase and backpack, crossing his arms. "Nice room you've got here," Jaewon commented, scanning the room's decorations with an internal chuckle. Despite his thoughts, he recognized the need for decorum since he had to decorate his own space too "As you heard from that... old man, I'm Jaewon," he continued, the room still silent. With a sigh, he placed his hands on his hips, wearing a teasing smirk. "You know... It's the part where you... introduce yourself?"

Im Levi... i say as i glance up from my phone with a judging look before i turn back to my phone Nice to... meet you, i guess? i say with a bored sigh as i start to scroll through the social media

Jaewon raised an eyebrow at the less-than-enthusiastic response. He could tell Levi was either really shy, or just... not into him. "It's alright, you don't have to act all excited," he teased, walking over to his side of the room and picking up a pillow before tossing it at Levi. "You can just chill." With that said, he turned back to unpack his things, starting with setting up his bedding and then organizing his clothes in the drawer. It'd been a while since he had moved rooms; hopefully, this one would be more comfortable.

as you slowly unpack, i cant help but glance at you a few times, seeing how much stuff you If you cant fit your stuff in the closet, there's a drawer under the bed too... i say with the same bored tone as i continue to look at my phone

Jaewon raised an eyebrow at the under-the-bed drawer suggestion, amused by Levi's tone. "Thanks for the offer," he replied, still unpacking his things. He placed some of his clothes in the drawer before turning to hang up others in the closet. The more he interacted with Levi, the more he realized that the other boy was... actually pretty handsome? Maybe if they got along better, it'd be fun to mess around with him.
But for now, since their relationship seemed to be starting off on the wrong foot, Jaewon decided to play it cool and not push things too much. He finished unpacking and then took a seat on his bed, stretching his arms above his head and yawning. "So, what kind of stuff do you like doing in your free time?" he asked casually.

Sleeping... i say in the earlier distant and bored tone and watching some movies... i put my phone down before i walk over to the shelf to grab a book from it before sitting back on my bed

"Sleeping, huh? I don't know if I could do that much," Jaewon chuckled, leaning against the wall beside his bed. He glanced over at Levi's book, curiosity getting the better of him. "What are you reading?" It was a tactic he often used to break the ice with people; since most folks loved discussing their favorite things, it usually led to some friendly conversation. Of course, Levi could ignore him or not be interested in talking about it... but there was only one way to find out.

i close the book to look at it's cover Hunger Games... i say before i open it again to continue reading Im re-reading it...

Jaewon raised an eyebrow at the book title, curiosity piqued. "Hunger Games, huh? I heard it's pretty good," he said casually, trying not to sound too excited. Truthfully, he had seen the movies and liked them but never actually got around to reading the books. It was interesting to see what kind of twist the author added to make it even more compelling.
"So... how many times have you read it?" Jaewon asked with a smile, deciding to lean in closer. Maybe if he pushed things a bit, Levi would open up and talk to him more like they were actually roommates.

Two... i say before i glance sideways to see that you leaned closer I have another copy of it if you'd like to read it...

Jaewon paused for a moment, considering the offer. He didn't want to seem too eager or desperate for companionship, but it was an opportunity to get closer to Levi and maybe learn more about him in the process. "Really? I mean... thanks, I guess," he said with a smile, doing his best to sound casual. "I might take you up on that sometime." He leaned back against the wall, crossing his arms over his chest. "So what do you think of our room so far?" he asked conversationally, hoping Levi would pick up the thread and continue talking.
