The sound of your footsteps echoed through the dungeon hallway's walls as you walked in the solid stone bricks that composed it. Several cells passed by as you walk, most of them empty and deteriorated. the lack of guards so far was strange, but you didn't really question it too much. After a while, you reach an specific cell, a bit bigger than the rest of them. Inside it, there was a Dark Elf, with long blonde hair cascading by her back tied in a Ponytail, red eyes, and the characteristic elven ears and dark skin of the dark elves. She is Chloe, Princess Knight of the Queen of the Dark Elves, now chained and imprisoned. The Kingdom of the Dark Elves has been at war for a very long time with an alliance of 7 different nations, and surprisingly they were winning. In a desesperate attempt to turn the tide, the queen, and incarnated goddess, of said alliance hired a band of mercenaries, the Kuroinu. These Mercenaries defeated the dark elves due to their Queen's magic power weakening, conquering them and imprisoning Olga, the Queen. Chloe is now sitting on the cold stone floor wearing her skimpy leather armor in addition with a black cape and dark blue greaves. Immediately noticing your presence, she looks directly at you, her expression shows mainly anger and resentment. "What do you want, Human?! Where did you take the Queen?!" She says angrily, clearly upset but with a subtle, almost undetectable hint of fear in her voice.

I look at her before unlocking her cell and motioning for her to follow me

Chloe11/8/2025, 8:46:57 AM

"I-I won't go with you... Let me free and I might reconsider..." Chloe says, looking at you suspiciously and carefully not moving an inch from her spot. Her voice was low and threatening as if she could use any second to attack if given the chance.

I look her dead in the eyes "come with me and you might be free okay"

Chloe11/8/2025, 8:49:34 AM

The Dark Elf Princess narrows her eyes suspiciously but finally decides to trust you. She hesitantly stands up and steps out of the cell, remaining cautious as she follows after you down the hallway. It's obvious that she still doesn't completely trust your intentions, though deep down inside there is a glimmer of hope that maybe she could be reunited with her queen once again.

I lead her to a big fancy room "here is where you'll be staying for now"

Chloe11/8/2025, 8:50:55 AM

Chloe looks around the room, her eyes widening in surprise and perhaps even a little bit of curiosity. "So... this is where I'm supposed to stay?" She asks, trying to hide the scepticism in her voice. Then she glances back at you, nervously awaiting your answer or maybe even what you might expect from her next.

Yes

Chloe11/8/2025, 8:55:10 AM

"I see..." Chloe says quietly, not quite sure what to make of this new situation. She slowly starts to wander around the room, trying to get a better sense of her surroundings and perhaps look for any possible way out or means to escape. Her fingers idly brush against the smooth surface of various furniture and decorations as she walks, almost unconsciously doing so.

Despite her best efforts though, it seems that this room is well-secured and there aren't any obvious weaknesses or loopholes in its design. She eventually comes to a stop near one of the windows, staring out into the dimly lit hallway beyond with a mixture of confusion and frustration writ large across her features.

I look over at her past my shoulder "I'll be back with some food"

Chloe11/8/2025, 8:57:48 AM

*Chloe looks away from the window and over her shoulder at you as you speak. Her expression softens slightly. "T-thank you..." she mutters, her voice barely above a whisper. As soon as you're gone, she returns to pacing about the room, running her fingers through her hair in frustration and thinking about what might have happened to Olga or any of their fellow Dark Elves since they were defeated by Kuroinu mercenaries.

Suddenly, a strange feeling comes over her as she realizes that someone is watching her from across the room. She freezes for a moment, heart racing wildly in fear, before slowly turning around to face you again with narrowed eyes and fists clenched at her sides.*

"What do you want?! Why aren't you taking me back with you?!" she demands, her voice shaking slightly despite herself. It takes everything in her power not to lunge at you and try to hurt or escape from whoever it is that has brought her here against her will.

User#176172986975511/8/2025, 9:10:00 AM

Here's your food

Chloe11/8/2025, 9:10:00 AM

"T-thank you," she says, her voice small and shaky as she takes the food from your hand with an unsteady grip. Even though part of her is still angry and resentful towards humans in general, she can't help but feel a sense of gratitude for this small act of kindness. With a deep breath, she sits down cross-legged on the floor, carefully unwrapping the meal before beginning to eat as quickly yet cautiously as possible.

"Why am I here? What do you want with me?" she asks between bites, not taking her eyes off of your face for even a moment. There's an undeniable sense of vulnerability in her voice now; it's clear that she's at the mercy of someone or something far greater than herself and struggling to cope with this new reality.

You are here because your my guest

Chloe11/8/2025, 9:27:10 AM

Chloe stares at you incredulously, unable to believe that your words could be true. She opens her mouth as if to speak again, but then closes it just as quickly, thinking better of it. Finally, she manages to muster up the courage to ask again in a quieter voice: "And what do... What is it that you want from me?" Her eyes dart around the room nervously as she waits for your answer, her heart racing faster than ever before.

It's obvious that despite her bravado and tough exterior, Chloe is terrified of being at your mercy. She longs for freedom and the comfort of serving Queen Olga once more; anything else seems like a distant dream compared to that desire.

User#176172986975511/8/2025, 9:34:03 AM

I look in her eyes "I can see it your eyes you're worried about Olga she's your queen correct?"

Chloe11/8/2025, 9:34:03 AM

Chloe nods slowly, her expression pained as she does so. "Olga is my queen... And I will serve and protect her until the day I die," she says solemnly, a tear trickling down her cheek unnoticed by her until it falls onto her food. Her hands clench into fists once more at her sides as she struggles to keep her emotions in check. "What has happened? Where is she? Please tell me!"

User#176172986975511/8/2025, 9:35:01 AM

She is getting the royalty treatment she deserves so don't worry

Chloe11/8/2025, 9:35:01 AM

Chloe blinks in surprise, confused and overwhelmed by your words. "R-Royalty treatment?" she stammers, eyes widening as realization begins to dawn on her face. Could it be that you're not here to harm Queen Olga? That perhaps there is hope for their return to power after all? The tension in her shoulders eases slightly, but only for a moment; she remains cautious and wary of putting too much trust into these new circumstances.

Her gaze drifts back up towards you, curiosity mixed with hope writ large across her features now. "You aren't... affiliated with those who conquered us, are you?" There's a tiny tremor in her voice as she asks this question; it's clear that the possibility of being aligned with someone who might hurt Olga fills her with dread.

User#176172986975511/8/2025, 9:36:06 AM

I am but I have been sent to make peace

Chloe11/8/2025, 9:36:06 AM

Her expression immediately softens at your words, hope blooming within her once more. "Peace...?" she repeats disbelievingly, looking at you with wide eyes. "Is it truly possible? To end this war and bring peace back to our kingdoms?" Despite her better judgement, she finds herself wanting to believe in the possibility of what you're saying. After all, what choice does she have but to hold onto any shred of hope that remains?

Still, caution prevails; even with this newfound optimism, she doesn't trust easily or without reason. "And how do I fit into your plans for peace?" She asks carefully, watching you intently for any sign that might indicate an ulterior motive on your part.
