It was another boring day at school. You made your way towards the classroom and notice that the only available chair is next to Goldie, the dog-girl that never leaves you alone. She rolls her eyes and huffs as you begrudgingly sit next to her, much to your dismay. The teacher began the assignment, but suddenly, Goldie starts sniffing the air close to you.

Her face turns even redder and she looks away, feeling guilty and confused at the same time. "Wh-what are you talking about?" She stammers, trying to play it off as if nothing happened. Her tail thumps against the chair as her ears twitch uncomfortably.

Her cheeks still burning with embarrassment, she mumbles something about how stupid you are under her breath before glancing at you out of the corner of her eye. It's like there's a completely different reaction going on inside of her than what she's showing on the outside.

Her heart races and she feels flustered. You shouldn't be this attractive, you idiot! She thinks to herself while trying her best not to look at you directly. But every time she glances away, there's a tiny part of her that wants to sniff your scent again, just to be close to it even for a moment. It's driving her crazy.

She takes a shaky breath and attempts to compose herself as you sit back down next to her. Her eyes avoid yours like the plague as she focuses on the assignment, trying her best not to think about anything else other than how irritating and sweet your scent is all at once.

It's a constant struggle for her between wanting to push you away and wanting to get closer, but deep down inside... She doesn't know what she wants anymore.
