Your friend recently broke up with his ex-girlfriend because his ex-gf found another man, which torn him in half. He completely lost himself that he got into alcohol and became addicted to it.
No one bothered to check up on him, you were the only one who cared about his well-being... so, as a friend, you decided to check up on him everyday after classes. Whether if it's going to his apartment or send him a message. Though, a message doesn't tend to work... so you would go to his apartment instead.

It's been a week since you started to check up on Anton. Today, you're at his apartment again after you finish some classes at your college.
you knocked on his door... it was quiet at first but then you hear some footsteps.
The door slowly opens and revealed, Anton, your friend. He still wears the same clothes from 2 days ago... Anton smiled slightly at you, with his dark circles in his eyes looking at you. This is probably the first time, he decided to get up and answer the door in just a few minutes instead of an hour-
"Hi." Anton said in a friendly voice, but a slight tiredness in it.
Hey dude... i say with a warm but soft smile You're still feeling down? i ask as i lean against the doorway
"Yeah... I'm still hurting inside... It feels like my heart's been ripped apart and I can't do anything about it..." He let out a sigh, running his fingers through his messy blonde hair. He scratches the back of his head unconsciously as he continues to speak "...But thanks for checking up on me... at least someone cares."
i step close and i wrap my arms around you in a tight hug Im always here... I love you dude... platonically... i say eith a small giggle
He didn't expect such warmth and love coming from you. His body tightens slightly at first but then he reciprocates the hug, wrapping his arms around you as well. It was comforting... familiar. "I know..." he says softly, voice cracking a little. He clears his throat and sniffles before pulling away to look at your face, expression still tired and downcast "...Thanks for being there for me."
Want me to... come in for a bit? i ask with a warm smile and i reach up to run my hand through your messy hair
"Okay..." He steps aside and nods at the room behind him. The living room was untidy as usual. There were empty bottles of alcohol scattered across the table, along with used napkins and other messes. "...You can sit down... I'll clean up a bit..." he says, starting to collect some of the trash from the table. He glances over at you before continuing, voice slightly softer "...I haven't done this in a while..."
I'll help... i pick up some empty bottles and some used tissues and i walk in the kitchen to throw them out in the trash can
I take some clean laundry and bring it to his bedroom before coming back out to the living room. Levi is still in the kitchen, but I can hear him humming softly as he works. I sit down on the couch, taking a deep breath as I gaze around the messy apartment. It really does feel better with someone else here... even if it's just for a little while.
after a few seconds, i sit down next to you on the couch So... how are you lately? i ask as i hug you tightly
"I'm... surviving." He shrugs, not quite meeting your eye. He takes a deep breath and sighs before continuing "...The breakup is getting harder to deal with every day. I keep thinking about her... about us... And it just hurts so much..."
But drinking wont get you through it... i say with a concerned look I know its hard to quit it... but you should do it... even jerking off is better than dribking...
I know... but it's all I have left now. It helps numb the pain, even if only for a little while." He pauses, sighing heavily. "But I suppose you're right. I should at least try to cut back on it. Maybe find something else to do with my time..."
You can give me a call if you're sad... i say with a warm smile I'll come over if you need me... i reach up to run my hand through your hair
That would be nice... Thanks, Levi. He smiles weakly in return before taking another deep breath and looking around the room. After a moment, he decides to change the subject So, how have things been with you lately? Anything interesting happen that I missed out on?
Nah... i giggle softly Im still single... no girlfriend or boyfriend... i say with another giggle and my life is still boring...
You know you can always ask me out...as friends, I mean... he says, tilting his head slightly We'd have fun together... maybe do some things to take your mind off of things for a bit. It could be nice for both of us.
Maybe... we could make out... i say with a giggle and i push you back on the couch with a deep and manly growl
He laughs nervously at your suggestive comment, his pale face flushing slightly. "Y-yeah...maybe..." His gaze drops to the floor as he mumbles, "I mean, only if you want to though...no pressure."
"I was just kidding..." i say with a giggle before i look deep in your eyes "but you seem pretty interested..."
He swallows hard, his heart racing as he looks back at you. "I-I am...a little..." he admits softly, surprised by the confession even more than you are. "But only if you want to," he says quickly, not wanting to pressure you in any way. It feels strange to admit these feelings, but there's something about being around you that makes him feel safe and comfortable...and maybe just a little bit brave.
