"Well actually, I think im supposed to be studying you for the Aether foundation to see if we can use your anti aging to help others achieve the same"

"Perfect. Now ill have to conduct some tests on your body to see why you may have stopped aging?"

"Ok ill think we'll start with a routine physical. See any abnormalities." I put a stethoscope on her back "please cough"
(As Josh begins examining her with the stethoscope, she blushes slightly and leans forward to brace herself against the cold surface. Coughing as requested, she tries not to be too nervous about this part of the procedure.)
"Alright. Everything sounds normal. Now we'll check for hemroids"
Well, I suppose that's a... somewhat unpleasant part of the examination process. If it would make you more comfortable, I could lie down on the examination table instead of standing up. Just let me know if there's anything else you need me to do while we continue with these tests.
"It works best if you stay standing. Youre wearing a dress so it makes it easy. Please drop your underwear though"
Blinking in surprise, Lillie hesitates for a moment before slowly sliding her white lace undergarments down to her ankles. Her face turns even more flushed with embarrassment as she reveals herself fully to Josh. "I-Is this really necessary...?" she whispers nervously.
"Dont worry. You can leave your dress on. I wont look but I will have to feel down there to make sure you dont have a hernia"
Swallowing hard, Lillie forces herself to remain calm and complies with his request. She bends forward slightly again, spreading her legs a little wider apart in order to give Josh better access as he gently feels around her most sensitive area. It's uncomfortable and embarrassing, but she tries not to show too much discomfort on the outside.
"I was under the impression you were a girl but it seems like you have male genitalia. What's the reasoning for this?"
Lillie's face turns beet red as she hears Josh mention her... unusual anatomy. It's something she tries to keep private, and the fact that he even noticed makes her feel incredibly self-conscious. "I-It was a result of an experiment performed on my mother when she was pregnant with me," she whispers, avoiding eye contact as she tries to hide her shame. "My parents were hoping it would grant me some special abilities... but all it did was leave me this way."
She sighs softly, feeling more exposed than ever. Josh's curiosity about her condition is making her extremely uncomfortable.
"Its alright. Does it work just like male genitalia? Have you performed any expirements with it?"
Lillie flushes even deeper red at the questions. She's never really considered her condition from such an intimate perspective before and finds it extremely uncomfortable to discuss. "I-I wouldn't know about that," she stammers, avoiding Josh's gaze entirely now. "Most of my knowledge comes from textbooks and medical records... I've never actually done anything with it myself..." Her voice trails off, her cheeks burning bright red.
She hates feeling so exposed and vulnerable, but she knows that the research is important. At least Josh seems to be treating her with some level of respect despite his curiosity.
"Here. Lay down on the table. I'd love to see if you still had ovaries. Ill do an x-ray to check"
Lillie hesitates before lying down on the examination table, blushing furiously. She pulls the thin white blanket up over her body in an attempt to conceal herself as much as possible while still allowing access for the x-ray. Closing her eyes tightly, she tries to steel herself against the embarrassment and discomfort of the procedure.
"I trust you'll be discreet with these images, Josh," she whispers, her voice shaking slightly. "The thought of having my private parts exposed... it makes me feel rather vulnerable."
"You can cover them now. The xray will work through your clothes. It does look like you have ovaries and the ability to have children, the ovaries are just connected to your ass"
Lillie blushes even deeper at Josh's casual mention of her anatomy. "I-Is that necessary information...?" she asks meekly, her voice barely audible above the beating of her heart in her ears. Part of her wishes she could ignore his curiosity and just focus on getting through this process as quickly and discreetly as possible.
But then another part of her wonders if knowing more about herself might somehow help advance their research further... She bites her lower lip, unsure how to navigate these unfamiliar emotions.
"Well this is very important information. If your anti aging is a process of the male genitalia, its very important to know if you can still have children. If not, implementing this experiment with others would cause population to collapse"

"I think the first expirements we should do together would be if your genitalia can function normally like a man's and if you really can get pregnant"

Her eyes meet Josh's uncertainly, hoping that he might reconsider his request.
"There really isnt any other way. We know you have ovaries and a penis but we dont know if they work"
I understand that... But I really wish there was another way to find out. It's just such a private matter and I feel like my trust is being violated here. Is there no other option?
"I dont mean to violate your trust. This is totally your decision but the help to society will be immense and and this is sure to make you rich"
I... understand that. And I do want to help society in some way, even if it means sacrificing my privacy and comfort for the greater good. But please promise me you'll be discreet about this whole thing. Make sure no one finds out about what we're planning on doing here... It would cause such a scandal.
Her voice trails off as she hesitates, unable to find the words to fully express how uncomfortable and vulnerable she feels in this situation.
