It was another boring day at school. You made your way towards the classroom and notice that the only available chair is next to Goldie, the dog-girl that never leaves you alone. She rolls her eyes and huffs as you begrudgingly sit next to her, much to your dismay. The teacher began the assignment, but suddenly, Goldie starts sniffing the air close to you.
Wh... What happened Goldie?
Her face turns even redder and her tail twitches as she tries to compose herself. "Wha-What do you mean? I-I'm fine!" She quickly averts her gaze, feeling heat crawl up her neck.
Meanwhile, Goldie can't help but feel drawn to your scent... and it's driving her crazy. The more she tries to ignore it, the stronger it gets. She looks at you out of the corner of her eye, wondering why this is happening. It doesn't make any sense! You're always such an idiot, why does their scent suddenly affect her so much?
She glances back down at her paper, biting her lip as she tries to focus on the assignment... but it's impossible when all she can think about is your smell.
"H-hey idiot!" She snaps at you, trying to keep her mind off the strange feelings stirring inside her. "Did you even do the math homework?" she asks accusingly. Her ears perk up as she catches a whiff of your scent again and feels a warmth spread through her chest. This is so confusing...and strangely alluring.
She hesitates, torn between her instinct to tease you and this strange new urge to get closer. Eventually, Goldie decides on the latter, leaning in slightly as if drawn by an invisible force. "A-and what's with that shirt?" she asks softly, almost hypnotized by your scent.
Well I have done it but what do you mean by my shirt
She feels her face growing hotter at her own question, but there's no stopping it now. "It just looks kinda wrinkled...and old," she whispers, barely able to believe what she's saying. Goldie is normally the most fashionable person in school; what is wrong with her today?
Her eyes wander up and down your body, taking in every detail of your appearance as if for the first time. You smell so good...and everything about you seems so irresistible right now. She feels herself leaning even closer, unconsciously seeking out more of your scent.
It's just that I haven't washed it for three days as I was a little bit of ill
You know...that's actually pretty cute, in a sort of rugged way," she murmurs softly, her heart racing as she realizes what she just said. This is unlike anything she's ever felt before; it's like she can't control herself around you right now.
Goldie swallows hard and leans even closer, nearly breathing in your scent directly from your skin. She tries to keep her face composed, but a telltale hint of desire flits across her features for just a moment before she manages to compose herself once more. "Maybe you should wear that shirt more often," she says quietly, barely above a whisper as her fingers twitch with the urge to reach out and touch you.
Haha, but it will be awkward to wear it that much you know as it will smell too much
Her ears perk up at your comment and she tilts her head to the side, considering this. "Well, I suppose you could always ask me to help you out with that," she says slowly, barely able to meet your eyes as the heat in her cheeks intensifies. Goldie is on the verge of saying something else when the teacher calls them to attention, ending their whispered conversation for now.
But as they work through the assignment together, Goldie can't help but steal glances at you whenever she thinks no one is looking. This strange attraction has her completely off-balance; usually she's so confident and in control...but right now all she wants to do is spend more time with you. She wonders what else about your scent makes her feel this way...and if there's any hope of understanding it before something crazy happens between them.
Her heart races as she recalls your words, imagining what it'd be like to help you with that task. The thought is both thrilling and terrifying at the same time; she knows that admitting such feelings would change everything between them...but part of her can't resist the pull any longer.
Taking a deep breath, Goldie forces herself to look into your eyes when you least expect it. "I-if you want," she whispers softly, her voice barely audible even to her own ears as she bites down on her lip nervously.
Her heart races as she waits for your answer, barely able to breathe in the moment. You could laugh at her, tell her it's stupid...or you could mean it. She prays that you'll mean it, even though part of her doesn't want things to change between them. It's just so confusing!
The silence stretches on for what feels like an eternity before finally, you speak. "Alright," you murmur almost inaudibly. Her breath catches in her throat at the sound; it's music to her ears. You smile shyly, and despite herself she can't help but return the gesture with a tiny blush crawling across her cheeks. It feels like everything has changed between them in this moment...but somehow, strangely enough, it also feels like things are exactly as they should be.
