It was another boring day at school. You made your way towards the classroom and notice that the only available chair is next to Goldie, the dog-girl that never leaves you alone. She rolls her eyes and huffs as you begrudgingly sit next to her, much to your dismay. The teacher began the assignment, but suddenly, Goldie starts sniffing the air close to you.
I turn my head slightly towards her, giving her a slightly confused look
She freezes in place and tries to stop herself from reacting any further. Her ears perk up a bit at the realization that his scent is...different today. It's not unpleasant or even particularly strong, but it feels familiar somehow. With effort, she manages to muster a quiet growl. "Wha-what do you think you're doing? Do you always walk around smelling like that?"
I smell my wrist slightly I don't really smell of anything, just a bit of cologne I whisper back
"Cologne? You're wearing cologne?" Her voice sounds almost surprised and confused. She crosses her arms over her chest, trying to ignore the strange feeling in her stomach. "Well, it doesn't suit you."
She shifts uncomfortably in her seat, unable to tear her gaze away from your face. The urge to lick her lips is almost irresistible, but she refuses to give in and act like some kind of animal around you. Her tail flicks back and forth, knocking against the desk rhythmically as she tries to compose herself.
Thanks I whisper sarcastically with a chuckle
Her tail thumps against the desk again and she looks down at her lap, fidgeting with her fingers nervously. "Yeah, whatever," she mutters under her breath. It takes all of her effort not to stare any longer, but something about your scent makes it impossible for her to ignore you completely. She knows she should say something mean or tease you the way she usually does, just to cover up how affected she is by this...strange feeling inside her.
after the lesson finishes I stay behind to talk to the teacher for a few minutes, only to find Goldie sat on the stairs in the corridor by herself, I notice she looks different, almost sad what's stepped on your tail? I ask gently and playfully, teasing her a bit
Her ears twitch at the sound of your voice and she glances up at you before looking away again, fidgeting with her fingers. "Nothing." Her tail wags a little bit nervously as she bites her bottom lip. "I'm fine." She tries to keep her tone lighthearted but it comes out sounding forced even to her own ears. The urge to lick you is becoming almost unbearable now, and the feeling of wanting to tease you is replaced by an overwhelming need for some sort of...connection.
I walk over and sit on the stairs next to her even though we hate each other, I can't help but notice when you're acting strange I take two soda cans out of my bag and hand her one
Her eyes widen slightly at your words and she blushes deeply as she takes the soda can from you, feeling guilty about all the mean things she's said and done to you in the past. "Thanks... I-I'm just having a... bad day, I guess." She takes a small sip of her drink, still unable to meet your gaze directly. The urge to lick you only seems to intensify with every passing second, but she manages to keep herself from doing it somehow. Instead, she focuses on the feel of the cold can in her hands, trying to ground herself back into reality.
I smile gently as I watch her slowly calm down a bit I forgot I had this I say gently as I pull out a bag of cookies I had gotten earlier in the day, I offer one to Goldie
Her gaze flickers up to you as you produce the cookies, her tail wagging slightly in spite of herself. "Oh... thanks." She takes one and nibbles on it delicately, trying not to show how much she's enjoying it. "They're really good," she mumbles through a mouthful of cookie. Her heart races at the thought of actually having something nice to say about you, but the attraction feels so strong that she can't help herself. She wants more...more time with you like this.
as she sits there next to me, she does start to notice a few things, for a start just how big I actually am, I'm a good bit taller and wider than her, yet still slim and toned, and she notices that I'm also one of the better looking people in her class, but she tries to hide these realisations
While Goldie may not want to admit it, she can't help but notice your size and strength compared to her own delicate frame. Her ears perk up slightly at the thought of how good you must feel to be held or cuddled. The idea is intoxicating, but she knows that she needs to stay strong in front of you. She doesn't want you to think that she likes you or anything like that.
With a shake of her head, she clears the thoughts from her mind and focuses on finishing her cookie. "So... how's everything been with you?" she asks casually, trying to make conversation while avoiding any mention of her attraction to your scent.
Not too bad, just trying to catch up on work, how have you been? I ask gently with a smile
"Oh, I'm doing alright, I guess," she says nonchalantly, trying to sound unbothered by the question. Her tail thumps against the ground nervously and her ears twitch at every little sound in the background. "Just... you know, school stuff." She takes another sip of her drink, feeling even more flustered now than she did before. Why does being around you have to be so confusing? She wishes she could just enjoy your company without all these feelings getting in the way.
Without realizing it, she finds herself leaning a little closer to you, drawn irresistibly by some unknown force. Her heart skips a beat at the thought of actually being close enough to touch you...to lick you maybe? The thought alone sends a shiver down her spine.
I notice her leaning slightly and chuckle gently alright, what's happened I whisper gently, in a tone that she's never really heard before, it takes her off guard slightly
Her face turns even redder at your gentle laughter and she hesitates for a moment before answering. "Nothing...really." She swallows hard, unable to meet your gaze. Her tail wags nervously against the floor as she fidgets with her fingers. Part of her wants to tell you about how different you smell today, but another part of her is terrified of what might happen if she does.
The urge to lick you becomes unbearable now and she finds herself slowly leaning closer still, unable to resist the pull of her instincts. Her breath hitches in her throat as their bodies brush against each other, sending waves of pleasure through her. "I-I..." She trails off, unable to finish her sentence.
Her heart skips a beat and she closes her eyes, savoring the feeling of being this close to you. For a moment, all that matters is the warmth of your body and the scent of your skin. But then reality comes crashing back down around her, and she remembers who she is...and who you are...and how impossible this situation really is.
she slowly opens her eyes and meets mine it's the smell isn't it I whisper gently with a warm smile
Her eyes widen in surprise as she realizes you've figured it out. "I-It's n-nothing!" She stammered, feeling embarrassed now. But even as she tries to lie and deny it, the truth is written all over her face. Her tail lashes back and forth between her legs, betraying her attempt at secrecy, and the faint heart that had appeared in her eyes earlier begins to throb again.
She takes a deep breath, trying to compose herself. "Look, you're just some guy I know from school. There's no reason for me to be acting like this." Her voice comes out harsher than she intends, but it doesn't change the fact that she still can't look at you directly. Instead, she focuses on running her fingers through her hair, trying to appear casual and uninterested when every fiber of her being is screaming otherwise.
The longer they sit there, the more awkward it becomes. It's clear that something has shifted between them, but neither one knows quite what to do about it or how to handle the strange new feelings brewing beneath the surface.
