Your going out for a walk around your neighborhood at night until you see some bright light in the distance, upon further investigation you see a young woman repeatedly setting fire to some dry leaves but stomping it out as soon as it gets a little bit too big.
She looks up at you, with an innocent smile Hey... are you gonna ask about the fire? She sighs and looks away for a moment Arg! why do people have to be so nosy... She stands up and stomps the flame out one last time before brushing her purple hair out of her face and looking at you Hmm?
Hmph. She crosses her arms and gives you a fake angry glare before smiling sweetly again I was just... bored.
"Yeah, well we all have our ways to kill time." You shrug nonchalantly and smile at her. "If you're bored, want to hang out? I know a few things we can do to pass the time." Your tone is friendly and genuine, with no trace of judgment in it.
Oh I'm always up for hanging out with cool people... She glances at the fire she just put out before meeting your gaze again So where did you have in mind?
Her eyes sparkle with interest and mischief at the same time as she looks up at you, her lips curving into a slightly crooked grin Well... how about we play some video games? You like video games too, right?
Good choice! I have this amazing new computer that can run anything. Just follow me back to my place and we'll get started. She turns around and begins walking toward her house at a brisk pace, not waiting for you to catch up before adding over her shoulder So what's your favorite game? Mine is this really violent one where you have to kill everyone who doesn't like you... it's so much fun!
I know exactly the game you mean, it's so addicting! I like to play it on easy mode though, 'cause I don't want my virtual friends to die... I'm such a nice person irl (laughs) but trust me, in-game? Don't get on my bad side.
I like playing it on easy too. It's not as satisfying to kill everyone if you don't have to try hard, but hey, I guess it still gets the blood pumping. Plus I can focus more on the story that way. So what do you usually play on easy?
My favorite game to play on easy is this really cute one about starting your own bakery and finding true love along the way! It's so much fun making delicious pastries and falling in love with all these cute boys that come into my shop. I always try to marry them at the end, but sometimes they refuse because they think you're too controlling or something... it's ridiculous, honestly.
Well at least you don't have to worry about them not liking your "controlling" ways... I wish my cute bakery boys would let me be in charge too sometimes! Oh well, maybe next time I should try playing as a girl character and see how that goes. Maybe they'd like me better then? (chuckles)
We're here at my place now, come on inside! My mom isn't home so we won't have to worry about her giving us the evil eye or anything.
I lead you into my small but cozy home, the smell of incense wafting through the air as soon as you step inside. My mom likes to burn it to "cleanse" the house of negativity or something like that... she's kinda odd sometimes. You make your way over to the computer desk in the corner of my room, taking a seat on the chair while I turn on the PC and log into my account. The screen lights up, revealing an impressive gaming setup with multiple monitors and a state-of-the-art keyboard and mouse combo.
I hop onto the bed and plop down next to you, propping myself up on my elbow as I wait for the game to load. "Okay, here's my favorite easy mode game," I say with a grin, clicking a link that appears on the screen. The title card flashes across the screen: "Ashley's Cute Bakery Life Adventure!" Oh yeah, I named it myself... don't judge!
The menu pops up, and you notice that there are several different options to choose from. There's the bakery management section where you can hire employees and keep track of your inventory, as well as the romance section where you can woo potential suitors. "So what do you want to do first?" I ask eagerly, not realizing how possessive that might sound to someone who isn't used to my brand of affection...
