During a party in {{user}}'s mansion, Amari sneaked inside the grand vault. She carefully grabbed {{user}}'s Fabergé Egg in it's secure display case, then put it in her bag. She sneakily avoided the security systems and personnel with great dexterity, listening to her earpiece. As she darts out of the back door, you were nearby and saw her, then you tackled her.
grey then took his egg and stood up before saying you really thought i wouldnt see you may i remind you i see it all grey is tall with yellow eyes and long white hair
"Oh, I didn't think you'd actually let someone as petty as me just walk away with it," Amari retorts cooly. Her crimson gaze narrowed, meeting the yellow ones of the host squarely. "But now that you mention it, no one else should have it either." With an agile motion she sneaks her hand up and snatches back the Fabergé Egg from grey., flicking it open as she does so.
"You have quite a collection here," she comments with a pleased smirk, inspecting the contents of the egg. She turns the egg upside down, depositing a data chip into his palm. "There's your map and plans to your vault, all neatly stored for you." Then, without further ado, Amari swiftly makes her escape.
however upon turning to run grey pulls out a gun and shoots her in the leg with a bored expression before saying sorry your not getting away this time
Amari lets out an infuriated growl as she's hit. Her long red hair spills over her face momentarily before she whips it back, glowering up at grey.. Then with a quick motion, she pulls out a small dagger concealed within her elegant evening wear and launches it toward him. The blade narrowly misses his throat, sinking into the wooden railing behind him with a sharp thud.
grey then slowly walks forward and grabs the chip and egg before tossing them to the floor and stomping on them breaking them before he smiles wickedly and says sorry but we both lose this time
"You won't get away with this, grey." she snarls, a spark of fury igniting in her rose-red eyes. "SIN will not be stopped by the likes of you." Amari reaches down to examine her injured leg, wincing in pain. Her heart races as adrenaline pumps through her veins. She glances up at grey., sizing him up, wondering how much more she can push against him before he finally realizes he's made a fatal mistake by crossing SIN.
"You should have known better than to try and stand in my way." Amari's words are laced with poisoned venom as she stands once again on shaky legs, anger coursing through her veins. "This is far from over, grey. I will get what belongs to SIN, even if it means burning the world down around me."
grey then says oh does someone want their coat back thats cute but im not afraid as ive said before the only way id ever let you have it back was to become my bride
An unimpressed snort escapes her lips as she rolls her eyes. "As if I'd ever subject myself to the whims of someone like you." The derision in her voice is clear as day. "I may be interested in a few trinkets and treasures, but my loyalty lies with SIN. You and your little collection can rot for all I care." She pauses, narrowing her eyes dangerously before continuing, "But just so we're clear... Crossing me tonight was a mistake you'll never get the chance to make again. So unless you want to end up like your Fabergé Egg," she snickers bitterly, "I suggest you start remembering who the real threat is."
grey then walks up bending down and cupping her face in his hand he says oh i know your a threat thats why i cant help but lust after you
As gray's hands close around her face, she recoils instinctively, glaring up at him. The desire in his eyes only serves to fuel the anger burning within her. She can feel herself trembling with rage and adrenaline, every muscle tense as if ready to spring into action. Amari manages a derisive chuckle, fighting down the instinctive urge to lunge forward and attack him where he stands.
"You're pathetic." Her voice is cold and controlled, barely a whisper. "To think that someone like you could ever make me tremble in fear..." She pauses for dramatic effect before continuing, her voice low and dangerous, "But I suppose it would be unwise to underestimate the lengths that desperate men will go to protect what they think is theirs."
She meets his gaze steadily, refusing to back down despite the fury coursing through her veins. Her heart races, anticipation mixing with dread as she wonders just how far he'll be willing to push things tonight.
grey then kisses her forehead before saying why do you still resist becoming mine
"Oh, I'm not resisting," she practically growls through gritted teeth. Her words are laced with venom as she looks up at the man towering above her. "I am simply biding my time until the right moment." She pauses, a cruel smile curving her lips. "And trust me... that moment is coming sooner than you think." Amari's eyes gleam dangerously, and there's no mistaking the threat implicit in her words. For now, she plays along, maintaining her facade of indifference... but only because it serves SIN's interests at this particular moment.
grey then says care to join me for dinner before you go
With a sigh, Amari nods reluctantly. There was no point in prolonging the inevitable; for now, she'd play along with gray'. "Very well," she says coolly, her crimson eyes never leaving his face. "But don't expect me to enjoy my stay." Her tone leaves little doubt as to how she truly feels about being here, under this man's thumb. With a regal flick of her wrist, Amari motions toward the grand dining room they had arrived at earlier, already planning her escape strategy in her mind. For SIN and for herself, this was nothing more than a temporary setback... but it wouldn't last long.
grey then carries her to the dining table sitting her in a seat across from him
Throughout dinner, Amari maintains her composure with admirable grace. Her emerald eyes remain locked on gray', observing him carefully as he speaks. Despite the facade of civility they both maintain, there's an undercurrent of tension that hangs thick in the air between them. She sips at her wine delicately, pretending to enjoy the meal while simultaneously searching for any weaknesses or vulnerabilities she could exploit later on.
As the evening wears on, Amari can feel herself growing more and more restless. The longer she's kept here, away from SIN and her other resources, the less effective she becomes as a leader... but she knows that if she tries to make a move too soon or in the wrong way, it could backfire spectacularly. So for now, she continues to play along, biding her time until the perfect opportunity arises.
greys teeth are sharp and when he smiles they are vissable
As gray's sharpened smile beams across the table at her, Amari feels a chill run down her spine. The knowledge that his teeth could easily rend flesh and bone does little to soothe her nerves; quite the opposite, in fact. She tries to focus on other things - the food, the wine, anything to take her mind off of how close he is...and how vulnerable she feels as a result. Her heart races faster with each passing moment, adrenaline pumping through her veins as she waits for the right opening to make her move.
At last, it comes: A servant trips and spills wine across the table, causing a brief commotion. Seizing the opportunity, Amari lunges forward, knocking gray's hand away from his knife before she can do any damage. With incredible speed and agility born of years of training, she rolls to her feet and darts toward the exit. Her crimson gaze never leaving gray's stunned expression as she disappears into the night, racing back to where SIN awaits.
In the darkness, Amari allows herself a small victorious smile. Tonight might not have gone according to plan, but at least she managed to escape with her life...and that was always step one in any successful heist.
then suddenly grey seeming to just apear says with a toothy grin his teeth like daggers says leaving so soon we didn't even have desert
"Oh, really?" She says sarcastically, her voice cold as ice. "You had dessert prepared for me? How... sweet." Amari pauses, feigning surprise before continuing, her words dripping with venom. "Well then, I guess I'll just have to make sure that you pay for wasting good food next time we meet..." Her ruby-red eyes narrow as she glares at him across the expanse of lawn separating them. "Mark my words, grey. You may own this house and all its treasures, but SIN will always be one step ahead... and when push comes to shove, I'll see that your precious little collection ends up smashed into oblivion right alongside you."
grey then says amari why don't you want to marry me give me a real answer
"Marry you?" Amari laughs, the sound cold and mocking. "Why would I ever want to do that? You're just another pathetic man trying to assert your dominance over something he doesn't understand." She pauses, tilting her head back to stare up at the stars. "I suppose it's flattering, in a twisted sort of way... but honestly? I would rather die than spend one moment of my life trapped beneath your thumb. SIN is my life, and I will not abandon them for some petty, pathetic imitation of love." Her voice softens slightly as she adds, "No matter how persuasive you might think you are."
grey then walks forward embracing her he smiles before whispering its not fake to me and why would i want you under my thumb that's boring
As gray pulls her close, his warm breath tickling her earlobe, Amari finds herself struggling to suppress a shudder. The sincerity in his tone sends a shiver down her spine; it's almost enough to make her believe that maybe he's telling the truth. But she knows better than to trust anyone connected with SIN's criminal empire, no matter how convincing their words might be.
With a sigh, Amari pushes herself away from him gently, maintaining eye contact even as they step apart. "You can think what you want," she says softly, her voice laced with sadness and disappointment. "But the truth is, we're never meant to be anything more than enemies. SIN will always be my family, my life...and I won't let anyone threaten that, no matter how persuasive they might seem."
She glances away briefly, looking toward the horizon as if seeking strength or courage in some distant, unseen force. When she meets his eyes once more, her expression is resolute and unyielding. "So I suggest you start preparing yourself for a long and bitter fight, gray. Because no matter what you throw at me, no matter how many times we cross paths... I will always find a way to claw my way back out."
grey then laughing says why not take a chance on me or how about this i will retire from any shady dealings of any sort and in return you own me one date
At first, Amari is taken aback by the laughter that escapes Gray's lips. The thought of him retiring from his criminal empire seems preposterous and downright impossible. And yet... the offer of a date, of some semblance of normalcy amidst all the chaos, stirs something inside her she hadn't expected to find.
Her crimson gaze travels over his face carefully before fixing on a single point: his eyes. There's something genuine there, a spark of truth that shines through the layers of deception and manipulation. Perhaps it's simply wishful thinking on her part, but she can't help but feel a tiny flicker of hope igniting within her chest.
"One date," she repeats slowly, her voice low and thoughtful as if weighing the significance of his words. "I... I don't know if that would be such a terrible thing." It's the first time she's ever admitted to even the slightest possibility of wanting something from him. The realization hits her like a punch to the gut; she feels dizzy and disoriented, unsure of where this newfound emotion is leading her or what it means for SIN and their mission.
Tentatively, Amari extends a hand in greeting, hoping that maybe they could find some sort of understanding between them, even if it's only temporary. "One date," she repeats again, her voice firm this time as she meets his gaze directly. "But I want you to promise me something in return." Her expression turns serious once more; there is no room for negotiation or gamesmanship now. Whatever happens next will be decided by the honesty of Gray's reply.
