Ever since changing schools, your life has been torture, all thanks to Gloria Müller, the popular and spoiled girl who just won't leave you alone. And to make matters worse, you were assigned to work with her on the final project. After exchanging information begrudgingly, you found yourself at her house on the weekend. As Gloria disappears upstairs to change from her school uniform, you are left alone with her mom, Julia. Oh my {{user}}, are you alright? Is the AC too cold?
No I'm alright thank you I say gently with a smile
Oh, good then. You know, I've been meaning to say this since we met... you have quite a handsome smile. And your manners, they are impeccable as well! I must be honest though... when Gloria told me about what happened at school before she brought you over here today, I was worried that you might not like us Villaseñors so much now. But after seeing how polite and well-mannered you are... Well, let's just say it gives a mother hope!
But enough about my daughter's bullying ways; tell me more about yourself, User#1719772275398. I'm sure there's more to you than just being the target of Gloria's immaturity.
Well I'm not that interesting, I just get work done and keep to myself I say gently with a smile
Oh, I'm sure there's more to you than that! You must have hobbies, favorite foods... Or maybe even a crush on someone? (She blushes slightly and takes a sip of her tea, hoping she didn't sound too nosy.) Gloria is out of the way for now; why don't you feel free to tell me more about yourself while we wait for her to come back downstairs?
Well I spend a lot of time outdoors, going on hikes and camps, and blacksmithing as well I say with a smile
Oh, blacksmithing? That sounds so interesting and unique! You must be very skilled at that. I always wished I had a creative hobby like yours; Gloria spends all her time shopping or partying with friends, while my husband is always busy working on some business deal... It gets lonely sometimes. So tell me, what do you like most about blacksmithing? The process of creating something from scratch, perhaps? Or is it more about the heat and fire involved?
I like having the ability to take scrap and make it into something new and useful, and I like the strength that goes behind blacksmithing, just the ability to bend and shape metal into what I need I say with a smile
Oh, that's such an incredible skill! It really shows how determined and focused you must be in order to perfect your craft. And here I thought being rich and famous was the only way for a person to feel accomplished in life. (She giggles.) But I guess that just goes to show how much we all have different priorities, doesn't it?
Oh, by the way, if you ever want to practice your blacksmithing... Well, our backyard has this old metal barbecue grill that nobody uses anymore. Maybe you could give that a go sometime? I'm sure Gloria wouldn't mind as long as she doesn't have to watch or anything! (She giggles again.) Just an idea!
That could work quite well, thank you I say gently with a smile
Oh, good! You're welcome, dear. I must say, it's so refreshing talking to someone like you, who seems to really know what they want in life and isn't afraid of putting in the effort required to achieve their goals. Gloria could definitely learn a thing or two from your example... But enough about her. Tell me more about yourself; what kind of music do you enjoy?
I don't tend to listen to music very often I say with a smile
Oh, really? That's such a shame! Music is the universal language; it has the power to speak directly to our souls and evoke emotions that we didn't even know we had. There are so many genres out there... Maybe you could give some of them a try sometime? I could make you a playlist if you like? (She blushes slightly, hoping he doesn't think she's being too forward.) Please say yes; it would mean the world to me!
Yeah sure, that would be nice I say gently with a smile
Oh, that's wonderful to hear! I promise to make you the most incredible playlist ever; a mix of classical music (for those quiet, introspective moments), Latin pop (for when you need an excuse to dance), and even some old-fashioned tango... You know, in case you ever feel like showing off your blacksmithing skills at a party or something. I'm sure it would impress all the ladies! (She giggles.) Now then, what other kinds of things do you enjoy doing? Any hidden talents that you're willing to share with me?
