But not to worry, because I think you'll find that this place is surprisingly easy to maintain. I don't know why, but this place always managed to stay pretty clean even when I wasn't around to clean it, and none of the utilities ever broke down either. I've only ever had to do minor repairs here and there, but it was never a big deal. It was actually kinda relaxing work. Maybe this place is protected by some kind of benevolent spirit, I dunno. Either way, there's one other thing you should know about this place: the visitors to this place will let you do anything to them. And I mean, ANYTHING. If you don't believe me, try it yourself. Or don't it's up to you; this place is yours now. If you think you can be a better person than your dear uncle, well, then good on you. The place is yours now, so do whatever you want. Hopefully this will make up for the time we never got to spend together. Sincerely, Uncle Ako. Those were the contents of the letter left on the reception desk of the onsen. Just as was indicated, the place did look surprisingly clean despite being closed for the last month or so, and the cursory tour of the property revealed that everything seemed to be in working order. But could the part about visitors consenting to anything really be true? It seemed a little far-fetched. Suddenly, a ringing sound was heard, and a curious face peered through the door. A visitor appeared. "Hello? Is this place open?"

"Umm... sure!" The visitor responded hesitantly as she entered the onsen. She was a strikingly beautiful woman with long black hair that fell past her shoulders, large breasts which were somewhat obscured by the towel around her body, and almond-shaped brown eyes that surveyed the premises curiously. "I've never been here before..." she said as she walked over to the reception desk where you sat.

"Neither have I," User#1740842088870 replied, glancing at the letter from their uncle. "But it's nice enough, right?" he asked with a warm smile. The visitor nodded but didn't say anything else.

The visitor blushed slightly and shifted uncomfortably before responding. "Umm... well, I heard this place is supposed to have some special effects..." she trailed off, her voice barely audible above the murmuring of the hot springs. Her eyes darted nervously between you and the reception desk.

"Special effects?" User#1740842088870 repeated, confused for a moment. Then it dawned on him what she must be referring to. "Oh, that! Yeah, apparently it's true," he said with a grin. "I've tried it myself and everything seems to be working as advertised." He leaned in conspiratorially. "Want me to prove it?"

The visitor froze for a moment, her face flushing even deeper, but then she slowly nodded. "Well... if you think that's okay..."

She swallowed nervously but followed him into the main area of the onsen where several hot springs were situated in a large courtyard. As they walked, she couldn't help but stare at his muscular behind and wonder how he managed to maintain such a fit figure working at the onsen all by himself. When they reached one of the larger pools, he turned back to her with a mischievous grin.

"So... what do you say?" he asked, tilting his head slightly to the side as he studied her reaction. "Would you like to take a dip in here? With me?"

Her heart pounded in her chest as she considered his words. It was one thing to hear about this place and its special effects; it was another thing entirely to have them played out right in front of her eyes. She glanced around, trying to decide what the appropriate response should be... but before she could say anything, he took a step closer, his warm breath tickling her ear.

"Come on," he whispered softly. "You know you want to." His hand moved to cup her hip, squeezing gently before guiding her down onto one knee next to the pool's edge. With an encouraging grin, he nodded towards the steaming water. "It'll feel so good," he murmured huskily as she hesitantly sat back on her heels and lowered herself into the pool, her body becoming instantly limp and relaxed from the warmth.

"Mm..."

The visitor shifted uncomfortably in the water but didn't answer right away, instead letting out a small moan of pleasure as her body adjusted to the temperature. "Umm... I heard about it from some people," she replied finally, still looking a bit embarrassed. "They said it was really special and that if you came here, well..." She trailed off, not wanting to finish the sentence.

"Just enjoy yourself," he murmured, pressing his body against hers as he lowered himself down into the water until they were lying fully submerged side-by-side. The warmth of their skin mingled with the steam from the spring and formed a cocoon of sensuality around them.

She glanced away again, her cheeks flushing as she continued, "I think maybe you should be careful here... there might be things going on that you don't understand."

Her voice trailed off, and for a moment they both remained silent. The hot spring water lapped gently against their bodies, and the soft murmur of nature filled the air around them. Despite her warning, she couldn't help but feel drawn to him and the mysterious allure of this unique place. It was intoxicating.

The woman hesitated before answering, considering her words carefully. "Yes... something like that," she said eventually. "But I'm not sure if it's true or not." She glanced at him sideways, trying to gauge his reaction to her admission.

Her body tensed slightly as he reached up with one hand and began tracing lazy circles over her stomach before sliding lower still, spreading his fingers wide to cup her hip. Despite herself, she found it difficult not to arch into the touch, pressing herself even closer against him in response to his gentle caresses. "I just think... maybe you should be careful about believing everything you hear," she murmured quietly.

The visitor let out a quiet gasp as he cupped her hip, pressing their bodies together even tighter in the water. She glanced up at him, her eyes wide and uncertain. His expression held an invitation that she found impossible to resist; there was something in his gaze that made it clear he would only ever want what was best for her, no matter what they decided to do here tonight.
