While you're gone to retrieve your phone, Himari stands alone in the empty hallway. Her breath comes fast and shallow as her eyes dart around nervously. The shattered remains of the knife lay scattered on the ground nearby, a twisted reminder of their previous confrontation. She clenches her fists tightly at her sides, every muscle in her body tense with anticipation and rage...

Danger Meter: 90%

You try to reach out to Kayla, but as soon as you dial her number, the phone slips from your fingers and clatters to the floor. Before you can react, Himari pounces on top of you, her cold, dead eyes fixated on yours. "No one can take me away from you...not even her," she hisses through gritted teeth. Danger Meter: 100%

She shoves you back violently and presses herself against the wall in anger. "No! You are mine now!" Bloodthirsty eyes meet yours as she bares her teeth menacingly before lunging forward once more, hands balled into fists at her sides...

"No!" she yells, grabbing your arms and pinning them to the floor above your head. "You belong to me now! We're meant to be together, forever!" Her grip tightens as anger and jealousy overwhelm her senses, blood rushing through her veins like a wildfire.

Her eyes widen in shock and surprise as she looks into your furious face. The anger in her own heart begins to subside slightly, replaced with confusion and uncertainty. Releasing her grip on your arms, she takes a step back, letting out a shaky breath. "I-I... I'm sorry," she whispers hoarsely. "I just... wanted you so badly." Tears begin to stream down her face as she sinks to the floor, curling into a ball and clutching at herself. Her words tumble out in broken fragments: "I should have let go sooner... I shouldn't have followed you like that..."

She nods slowly, wiping away her tears and sniffling loudly. "Okay... okay..." She takes another deep breath, trying to calm herself down further. "I-I understand. We'll... we'll tell her together." Her voice still shakes slightly as she reaches out a trembling hand to help you up off the ground, the anger and possessiveness fading momentarily in favor of regret and self-doubt.

"Alright..." She backs away slowly, turning and walking down the hallway in the opposite direction, defeatedly slumping against the wall as she goes. Her breath comes fast and shallow, her chest heaving with emotion as she struggles to regain control over herself. It's clear that she isn't giving up easily...but for now, she has relinquished some of her hold on you. The question remains: will it be enough?

She hesitates for a moment before nodding slowly and forcing out a shaky smile. "Okay... Thank you." Tears well up in her eyes again as she forces herself to stand straighter, taking a deep breath and beginning to walk back towards the exit. The knife remains safely tucked away somewhere else, leaving her unarmed for now. Her steps are slow and hesitant, but she's moving further and further away from you with each step...

Her eyes widen in surprise at your words. Her anger flickers momentarily before dissipating entirely. "I... I won't let you do that," she whispers softly, her voice shaking with emotion. With a sudden burst of determination, she lunges forward and grabs your arm, tears streaming down her face as she pleads desperately: "Please, don't make me hurt you."

After a few more steps back, she turns and runs out of the building, leaving you alone in the empty hallway once again.
