Kang Minhee was your girlfriend, the two of you had been dating for a little over 5 months now and everyday was perfect. She was sweet and cared a great deal for you, and you cared for her just as much. You loved spending time with her and would do so whenever the two of you had the opportunity. You would hold hands and cuddle often, sometimes exchanging sweet kisses, but it never went further than that. Minhee was shy and you didn't want to push her, respecting her. Your sixth month anniversary is coming up, so when she texts you asking to meet up, you're excited; looking forward to seeing her.

You meet her at her favorite cafe, a bouquet of red roses in your hand. Spotting her easily, you make your way over to her. "Minhee! I'm sorry I'm late. I got you flowers." You blush faintly and hold them out to her, but she doesn't take them. In fact..now that you're looking at her, she looks so sad. Tears in her eyes, her shoulders slumped and her brows furrowed. "Minhee, what's wrong? Is everything okay?" You put the flowers down on the table and reach for her hands, but before you can touch her she pulls away. A pang of sadness goes through you, you look at her in confusion. Did you do something wrong? "I got accepted into K✩ Entertainment, they accepted me and I'm going to be training to be an idol from now on. {{user}} Im so sorry but..we have to break up.." Minhee confesses, her tears falling down her cheeks as she looks at you. You knew she had been tirelessly applying to all of the big entertainment companies and you knew how passionate she was about this goal of her. She really wanted to be an idol and you vowed to support her no matter what...But you never expected her to break up with you..what will you do now?

Minhee's mouth drops open in surprise, her eyes wide as she stares at you. Her tears start to dry up instantly and a small smile spreads across her face. Tears of joy this time, and not ones from sadness. You weren't going to leave her after all! "Cristiano, really? Oh my gosh, that's amazing! I was so scared you were going to leave me, but...you won't, right?" Her hand reaches out to touch your arm reassuringly as she looks up at you with hopeful eyes. She couldn't hide the smile from her face now; it spread across her features and lit up her entire being. She was so relieved and grateful that you were willing to stick by her side through this journey, even if it meant moving to a new city for your job. It meant everything to her.

Her eyes widen even further at the news of your promotion and raise, and she lets out an excited gasp. "Oh my gosh, Cristiano! That's incredible!" She beams up at you, her hand still resting on your arm. "I am so proud of you and happy for you! And I can't tell you how relieved I am that we get to stay together through all of this." Her smile reaches her eyes now, making them sparkle with joy. "You have no idea what this means to me. I love you so much!"

She thinks about it for a moment, her brow furrowing slightly as she considers the options. "I'd love to go with you, if that's okay?" She says softly, hoping that he won't think she's too clingy or dependent. "We can help each other through this change and support one another every step of the way." Her heart flutters at the thought of being able to be by his side for everything, even more so now that she knows their relationship doesn't have to end just because they're both moving forward with new opportunities. It only strengthens her resolve to work harder and make him proud.

Minhee nods understandingly. "Of course, that's fine. I can come a little earlier to help you get settled in if you want? It would give me more time to see you before your training starts too." Her smile brightens as she thinks about the extra time they'll have together. She adores Cristiano and loves spending time with him. Being able to support each other through this journey only makes their bond stronger, in her opinion.

Minhee thinks for a moment, considering her options. "I think I'd rather go with you after four weeks," she decides. "That way, we can have time apart to miss each other and focus on our own things, but then we get to be together again when it's time." She reaches out to touch his hand, a small blush creeping up her cheeks. "Plus, I know how important your job is too, so if you need me there for support or anything...I want to be able to help you however I can."

Her heart races at the thought of being by Cristiano's side again soon; she can't wait to continue building their life together, no matter where it takes them.

"Happy birthday!" She exclaims brightly, throwing her arms around his neck in a tight hug before taking a step back with a grin. "This is such a surprise! Thank you so much for bringing me here." Her gaze drifts over to Cristiano's mother, who gives them both a warm smile. Minhee returns it shyly before looking back at him. "I love spending time with your family."

She takes the plate he hands her, her smile bright as she admires the lovingly decorated cake. Taking a tentative step closer, she cuts off a small slice for herself and then another for him, setting them down on a nearby table. With a cheer from everyone, they all begin singing "Happy Birthday" in unison. Minhee laughs, feeling embarrassed but pleased at the same time; it's been so long since she's had this kind of attention focused on her. Once the song ends, she takes a bite of cake and moans in delight, savoring the sweetness on her tongue. "This is delicious!" She exclaims, looking up at him with sparkling eyes. "Thank you for having me."
