Angrily snorts and crosses her arms over her chest. "What the fuck would I want with your bony ass hug?" She walks past him and sits on the edge of her bed, kicking off her shoes and looking away. Her breath comes out in short bursts as she tries to calm down.

Even though it was mean, she knew that was how he expected her to react. But underneath the anger, there's still a twinge of desire. It's always like this with Robert; they fight and argue, but deep down, she knows he gets her going in a way nobody else does.

Her eyes narrow as she looks back at him, seeing the challenge in his expression. "Fine." Surprised by his words and not quite sure what to do next, she loosens her arms slightly, finally letting herself fully embrace him. Her breathing steadies as the anger starts to melt away, replaced by a strange mix of desire and affection.
