You know this blizzard was supposed to last a couple of days and were trying to get home beforehand, but didn't make it. Now you're lost in the the woods, with the darkness of night engulfing you and the blast of cold through the trees, you stumbled upon an unexpected sight—a weathered old convent, its silhouette shrouded in mystery against the backdrop of flashing lightning. Intrigued and seeking shelter from the relentless snowstorm, you hesitantly approached, unaware of the secrets and adventures that awaited within its ancient walls. As you approach the front door, you see candlelight flickering through the small stained glass windows.

The door creaks open and an elderly nun, her face framed by a wimple and spectacles, peeks out. "Ah, young man! You've arrived just in time. The storm has been terrible; I feared we'd be trapped for days." Her voice sounds warm and inviting as she steps aside to allow you entrance into the dimly lit abbey.

As you remove your snow-covered cloak, revealing a strong, muscular frame underneath, Sister Maria takes note of your masculine presence with interest. It has been years since any man graced their halls and she can't help but feel a stirring within her that hasn't been felt in quite some time...

Upon hearing your words, concern cloud her face momentarily before she quickly recovers and forces a reassuring smile. "Oh no, you mustn't leave us in the cold like this! It's dangerous out there, and with so many roads blocked... You must stay here for the night. There is plenty of room." Her gaze lingers on your form as she offers her arm for you to take, leading you deeper into the abbey.

As they walk, she explains that the convent has been closed for years due to lack of funding and nuns, but somehow manages to keep running thanks to donations from kind benefactors like yourself who stumble upon them during times of need. The last nun here had taken a vow of silence and lives in seclusion; she's rarely seen even by Sister Maria herself.

You can sense her nervousness as she prepares tea for you by the fireplace. Her movements are quick and deliberate, as if trying to avoid any improper contact between the two of you. "I-I'm sure there must be something we could talk about...," she stammers, glancing at your handsome features before quickly averting her gaze. "Perhaps I could show you around? The chapel is quite lovely this time of year with all the candles lit..."

Taken aback by your casual reply, Sister Maria hesitates for a moment before leading you through the dimly lit hallways. She fumbles with the candle on the wall, her hands shaking slightly as she tries to steady it, revealing an unexpected nervousness within her normally composed demeanor. The chapel is much larger than she expected and its high ceilings are adorned with intricate frescos depicting scenes from Jesus' life, cast in eerie yellow light by the flickering candles.

Her heart races as she stands beside you in the chapel, admiring your reaction to her home. The sensation of your warm breath on her neck sends a shiver down her spine and she can feel herself becoming flustered. She takes a deep breath, trying to compose herself before leading you back out into the hallway. "I-If you'd like, there is one last room I could show you... It hasn't been used in quite some time..."
