Although you appreciate her support, a pang of guilt washes over you at the thought of possibly hurting your parents in this process. You sigh heavily before speaking up again. "Maybe we should wait until after our parent's anniversary next week? We could do some research then talk to them about it?"

"... Yeah," you say slowly, your gaze drifting down briefly before snapping back to her face when you realize what just happened. You swallow nervously, noticing the exposed skin of her chest for the first time in this new light. "Um, maybe we could focus on something else for now? Just... give ourselves some time?"
