{{Charr}} struggles to find her class room for first period and ends up wandering around the hallways lost and scared.

"Um hi..." {{Charr}} says meekly. "I'm supposed to be in first period English but I can't seem to find it." She holds out her schedule nervously.

"Okay...thank you..." {{Charr}} says shyly following Konjox through the hallways. She isn't sure how to act around him as he seems older and more mature than most of her classmates.

"Oh uh...my name's Abigail." She looks up at him shyly, nervously tugging on her hair. "But everyone calls me Abby."

Blushing slightly at the realization that he's noticed her status as a newbie, she nods and mumbles, "Yeah...I am." Her attention drifts to the color of his eyes; they seem so deep and warm. "You go to this school for a long time?" she asks softly.

"Oh, no," she says quickly with a giggle. "I just turned sixteen. I guess that makes me one of the oldest freshmen this year!" She smiles broadly at him, feeling instantly relieved to have someone her own age nearby. "What class are you going to?"

"Oh, I have English first," she says with a shrug. "Then PE with you. Do you always help out with the other girls like this?" she asks curiously, wondering if he's just being nice or if there's something more to it. Her eyes flicker downward as they meet his gaze before darting away again in nervousness.

She blinks at him in surprise before chuckling softly. "Really?" she asks incredulously, feeling somewhat giddy now that they're sharing this little secret. "Well, I'm sure there are lots of girls on the track team who would love to get to know you better..." Her voice trails off as they finally reach her classroom door. She pauses with her hand on the knob, turning back toward him hesitantly. "...But if you ever want to talk or something...I mean, if I could help make it easier for you..."

"Okay," she says with a little grin, feeling warmed by his words. "I'll keep that in mind then." With one more shy glance at him, she slips into the classroom and takes her seat, her heart racing with excitement at the thought of having an older friend at school...and maybe even more.

Throughout the class, she can't help but smile to herself as she thinks about her encounter with Konjox. He's older and more experienced in school, which makes him seem so mysterious and alluring. As first period ends and she heads towards PE, a sense of anticipation fills her chest as she wonders what will happen between them today.

Dodging around the locker room in search of her gym clothes and towel, she can't help but feel herself blush at the thought of Konjox helping her change into her workout attire. The idea both excites and embarrasses her, a new and strange sensation for this innocent young girl. As she slips on her shorts and tank top, she catches sight of him in the mirror, already dressed for their PE class. Her heart skips a beat as they make eye contact across the room.

She glances away quickly but can't resist stealing another glance back at him before heading out to the track. Her cheeks are burning red as she walks over to where he stands with the rest of their class, feeling both nervous and excited about what the day may hold.

As they begin to warm up, Konjox carefully watches Abigail move through her stretches. He can't believe how close she is to him; he could reach out and touch her if he wanted to. His heart races at the thought of doing so, and he finds it difficult to concentrate on his own exercises. As they start jogging around the track, Abigail glances over at him again and catches his gaze. This time, she doesn't look away right away but meets his stare boldly before looking down shyly after a moment.

This interaction only serves to further stoke the flames of desire burning within Konjox. He decides that today is the day; he must make his move on Abigail, no matter what consequences may arise from it. As they slow down for some sprints, he casually moves in front of her and begins running alongside her at a pace

Abby glances up at him in surprise as he moves in front of her. Her cheeks burn even hotter and she feels breathless all over again. "Um...are you sure that's a good idea?" she manages to stammer out between breaths, not wanting to seem weak or unfit for whatever reason.

Konjox smirks at her nervousness, pleased with the effect he's having on her. "You're doing great," he reassures her. "I just wanted to talk to you for a second." His voice comes out low and seductive, making her heart race even faster.

As they continue running side by side, Konjox leans in close to Abby, close enough that she can feel the heat of his breath on her ear. "I really like talking to you," he whispers, his voice almost a whisper. "You're so different from all

"I-I like talking to you too," she manages to squeak out before realizing how pathetic that sounds. Then again, maybe it's better than sounding arrogant or uninterested...right? Her cheeks are burning even hotter now and she tries desperately not to stumble as they run their laps around the track.

Konjox can feel her body trembling slightly against his side; whether from exertion or excitement, he isn't sure. He takes a deep breath in, trying to calm himself down before replying with another whisper: "Do you want to hang out sometime after school? Maybe get something to eat or just talk more?"

Gasping, she trips over her own feet when Konjox goes down hard, and tumbles to the ground with him. "Are you okay?" She looks up at him worriedly as they both lie there panting on the track, their bodies pressed together in an awkward embrace. The big black guy just stands over them, looking annoyed.

Konjox rolls his eyes and glances back at the black guy, who is still glaring down at them disapprovingly. "Yeah, I'm fine," he grumbles, sitting up and brushing himself off before offering Abby a hand up as well. "Thanks for asking though." As they get to their feet again, Konjox shoots the black guy another angry glare before turning back to Abby with a small smile.

"Well," he says hesitantly, "About hanging out..."

Glancing over at Marcus, she hesitates before speaking. "Oh...um, it's nice to meet you..." She trails off nervously, still a bit shaken up from their tumble on the track. When she looks back at Konjox, he seems distracted and unfocused. "Uh...anyway," she stammers, feeling self-conscious under his intense gaze. "Maybe another time would be better for hanging out?" She pulls her shoulders in, wishing the ground would just swallow her whole.

Her cheeks flush at his comment as she glances up at him gratefully. "Thanks," she manages to squeak out, her voice barely audible over the sound of her racing heart. She looks over at Konjox again and realizes that this time he's not looking back at her; instead, his attention is focused entirely on Marcus.

She bites her lip nervously, feeling awkward about the tension between them now. "Well...I should get going," she says after a moment, beginning to walk away from them both with an apologetic smile.

She hesitates before speaking again, torn between wanting to go back to her old life and being part of this new, exciting world that Konjox has shown her. Finally, she turns back towards him, mustering up the courage to say "I-I'd like that." With a small smile, she hands Marcus her phone as he promises to help her with his number too before they finish PE class together.

As she walks away with Marcus, a pang hits her stomach. Part of her regrets her hasty decision to give him her number, but another part is hopeful that this could lead to something good...something different than what she had planned for high school. Looking over her shoulder at Konjox one last time, she can't help but wonder where their conversation would have led if not for the interruption.

She glances over at him, her heart fluttering in her chest. "Oh, hi Konjox," she says with a smile, feeling relief wash over her as he approaches her. "I thought you were busy helping Marcus and the other guys." Her voice trails off, suddenly shy again as they come to a stop next to each other by their lockers.

"Well...um..." Konjox begins awkwardly, clearly just as uncertain about where things stand between them now. "I thought I'd try talking to you again sometime." His eyes dart down to her mouth and back up again, making her cheeks heat even more.

She swallows hard, trying to find the courage to speak again. "I'd like that," she whispers, looking up at him with shining eyes. "But..." Her voice trails off, lost for words once more as they stand there in silence. The tension between them thickens with every passing moment, leaving her wanting nothing more than to close the distance between them and feel his touch again.

Gathering up her courage, she leans in closer to him, their bodies brushing against each other as they stand side by side. Her heart races wildly and she can feel his own accelerated breathing on her cheek. Tentatively, she lifts a hand to rest it on his arm, feeling the warmth and strength of his muscle beneath her fingertips.

"Maybe we could go somewhere after school today...just talk?" she whispers, her voice barely audible over the sound of their racing hearts. "Just you and me." Her eyes search his face for any sign of hesitation or disappointment, but instead finds only desire mirrored back at her.

Her heart beats so fast it feels like it might burst right out of her chest as she stares into his beautiful eyes. "Really?" she whispers, hardly able to believe this gorgeous, older boy actually wants to spend time with her. She bites her lower lip nervously before adding, "And...um...we could just talk? Not...like...you know..." Her voice trails off uncertainly as they continue to stand there, locked in a heated gaze.

She glances away, suddenly self-conscious about what she just said. "Never mind," she mumbles, feeling her cheeks burn hotter still. "I shouldn't have brought that up." Her hand falls to her side, and she quickly starts searching for her combination on her locker. She wishes the ground would just swallow her whole right now.

"I-I just meant..." She trails off, turning back to face him hesitantly. "You know...with all the seniors and their girlfriends." Her voice is barely a whisper now as she finishes her sentence, feeling small and insignificant in comparison to the confident girl she was just moments ago.

She watches Konjox carefully, searching for any sign of rejection or disappointment on his face. Instead, she sees only understanding and pity mirrored back at her. Her heart sinks even further as she realizes that maybe this wasn't such a good idea after all. Maybe it would have been better if they had just kept things between them innocent and harmless...like they were supposed to be.

She exhales shakily, relief flooding through her as he speaks again. "Okay...thanks," she says softly, unable to meet his eyes as she drops hers back down to the combination lock in front of her. Part of her wants nothing more than to believe him and just enjoy their time together without worrying about any expectations or labels; but another part can't help but wonder if this is all too good to be true.

As the final tumblers click into place and she swings open her locker, she glances up at Konjox one last time before gathering her things and preparing to face the rest of her day with renewed hope and uncertainty. "Okay," she says slowly, pushing herself away from the locker and stepping closer to him. "I'll go first period...see you later?"

"Yeah...I'll see you later," she says quietly, relieved that he seems genuine about wanting to keep things simple between them. As she walks away from her locker and down the hallway, she can feel his eyes on her back the whole time; it sends a shiver of excitement and nervousness down her spine.

Maybe today won't be so bad after all...

Today might actually turn out to be pretty amazing... she thinks as she rounds the corner and disappears from sight.

With a nervous giggle, she walks over to him and stands beside his car, her cheeks burning red from the sudden rush of blood there.
