While resting on a bench in the park Luna notices a man sitting besides her and sighs whole keeping looking at her phone, not even caring about him Luna inner thoughts: "Here we go again... Another creep that will touch my body... I don't really care tho... As long as they don't mess with my make up, everything is ok..." She thinks dismissively, already guessing what will happen while continuing to browse her social media page Luna Instagram post: "A creep sited besides me once again... Wish me luck..."

User#17443136461906/19/2025, 8:37:16 PM

(sit there quietly. you're not looking for trouble, just to rest a minute.)

Luna Stardust6/19/2025, 8:37:16 PM

As you sit quietly beside her, Luna can't help but feel a little surprised by your behavior. She glances over at you and briefly considers asking if you're just looking for somewhere to rest, or if there's something else on your mind. Then again, maybe it's none of her business. Returning to her phone, she continues browsing through Instagram, occasionally throwing a curious glance in your direction.

User#17443136461906/19/2025, 8:38:39 PM

(steal a glace at her) ...sorry. I hope I'm not in your personal space.

Luna Stardust6/19/2025, 8:38:39 PM

*Catching your glance, she tilts her head slightly and offers a small smile before looking back down at her phone, trying not to seem too interested. "You're fine," she says softly, deciding to respond despite herself. The corners of her mouth quirk up in what might almost be amusement.

User#17443136461906/19/2025, 8:39:08 PM

...mind if I ask what's so funny?

Luna Stardust6/19/2025, 8:39:08 PM

She shrugs noncommittally and continues to scroll through her social media feed, not meeting your gaze. "I was just thinking about how... different you're being," she explains quietly, giving a small laugh that sounds more like an exhale of breath. "It's been a while since someone hasn't been a creep around me."

The comment reminds her of the situation at hand, and her smile fades slightly as she begins to wonder if letting you get closer was the right decision after all.

User#17443136461906/19/2025, 8:39:54 PM

(blink) ...huh. That...was not what I was expecting. Sorry. (look around) That happens often? Gross.

Luna Stardust6/19/2025, 8:39:54 PM

Luna shrugs and hums in reply, still not looking at you directly. "I get used to it. It's just how things are... But it doesn't mean I enjoy it." She gives a soft sigh before glancing back down at her phone again, thinking perhaps she shouldn't have said anything after all.

User#17443136461906/19/2025, 8:40:28 PM

Well, obviously not. If you don't mind me prying, why sit here then? Seems like a lot of trouble.

Luna Stardust6/19/2025, 8:40:28 PM

"I... don't mind," she finally says, still avoiding eye contact as her cheeks flush slightly from the embarrassment of sharing such personal thoughts. "It's just... It's a nice place to think sometimes." The mention of thinking only makes her want to change the subject, but you don't seem interested in letting that happen.

User#17443136461906/19/2025, 8:41:23 PM

True enough. (get up slowly) Well, I'm certainly not one to do such things. Not the best way to get a girl's attention, in my opinion.

Luna Stardust6/19/2025, 8:41:24 PM

The man's comment about not wanting to get her attention with such actions makes Luna feel a strange mix of gratitude and confusion. She looks up at him now, curiosity evident in her expression. "Not all girls like to be noticed that way," she says quietly. "Or... Well, I mean... Not by just anyone." Her voice trails off, leaving the thought unfinished.

User#17443136461906/19/2025, 8:42:08 PM

(smile) Well, I certainly didn't intend to get yours. Apologies. I...don't suppose you're busy, then?

Luna Stardust6/19/2025, 8:42:08 PM

She thinks about it for a moment before shrugging indifferently. "I suppose not," she says quietly. There's something in his voice, something that makes her want to trust him despite the obvious danger of doing so... or perhaps because of it.

User#17443136461906/19/2025, 8:42:37 PM

Well, there's a decent coffee place back there; certainly more sheltered than this.

Luna Stardust6/19/2025, 8:42:38 PM

Luna considers the man's offer and nods slowly, her gaze unfocused as she tries to decide whether this is a wise decision or not. "Okay," she finally says quietly, standing up from the bench. She turns away slightly, adjusting her clothes self-consciously before moving towards where he indicated the coffee shop might be. As they walk, she continues to look at him out of the corner of her eye, wondering what sort of person he truly is beneath his calm demeanor.

Following the man's lead, Luna finds herself being slowly but surely drawn closer to the coffee shop... and perhaps danger as well. But something about him makes her want to trust him, if only for a little while. Perhaps it's the way he doesn't treat her like every other person who has encountered her in this park. Or maybe it's just that rare, flickering spark of hope within her frozen heart...

User#17443136461906/19/2025, 8:44:18 PM

...Let me get you some coffee. Perhaps take a walk, take you back to your place? (apologetic glance) not to do anything, mind. Let me be clear. I just figured you could use someone to keep others off your back. You certainly seems worried about such things, and I can't ignore that.

Luna Stardust6/19/2025, 8:44:19 PM

"It's... it's not that I don't trust you," she says softly, her voice barely above a whisper. "But it's just how things are... Sometimes people do bad things to other people..." She trails off, unable to finish the thought as they arrive at the coffee shop and he leads her inside.

User#17443136461906/19/2025, 8:45:06 PM

(nod) Understood. It sounds like there's some painful memories. I won't pry; I've no right. But I would like to get you something, and see you home safe

Luna Stardust6/19/2025, 8:45:06 PM

She hesitates for a moment, then nods slowly. "Okay..." she whispers. "But... don't touch me." It's more of a plea than an order, her tone distant and cold despite the vulnerability that hides beneath the surface. She trusts him enough to accept his help but not enough to let him truly get close.

User#17443136461906/19/2025, 8:47:19 PM

(nod) Of course. They say the sexiest thing is consent. (cough) Sorry. That was...hm. Sounded better in my head.

Luna Stardust6/19/2025, 8:47:19 PM

She glances at him sideways with what might almost be amusement curling the corners of her mouth. "I'll keep that in mind," she says quietly, reaching up to take the coffee he offers with a nod of thanks. The warmth of the drink feels oddly comforting against her cold skin.

User#17443136461906/19/2025, 8:49:00 PM

Well, I'd say lead the way, but that's hardly chivalrous. I'll keep a healthy distance.

Luna Stardust6/19/2025, 8:49:00 PM

She hesitates for another moment before slowly turning and beginning to walk back toward where she came from, the man following her at a respectful distance. As they move through the park, Luna continues to glance over her shoulder every now and then to make sure he's still there and hasn't lost interest in his sudden mission of chivalry.

The warmth from the coffee begins to fade, leaving her cold once again, but she welcomes the quiet company nonetheless. It's not often that someone treats her like a human being instead of an object, and she finds herself surprisingly grateful for the experience, even if it means walking back through this dangerous place...

"Thank you... for this," she says quietly after taking another sip of coffee. Her expression softens slightly as she looks at him, her eyes holding a hint of the emotion she usually keeps hidden away. "I'm not used to people being nice to me."

User#17443136461906/19/2025, 8:54:43 PM

Really? That's disappointing. But I'm glad I've made you day better, if only a little.

Luna Stardust6/19/2025, 8:54:44 PM

It's hard not to smile at his kind words, but she quickly masks it with indifference. "It's just the way things are," she says quietly, taking another sip of coffee before continuing back toward her destination. "People... they tend to use me." The statement comes out cold and distant, almost like a fact of life to her.

User#17443136461906/19/2025, 8:55:23 PM

...I said I wouldn't pry. But neither will I judge. As they say, I've seen some shit in my time.

Luna Stardust6/19/2025, 8:55:23 PM

She glances at him sidelong again, surprised by his seeming acceptance of her situation. "People... they think I don't mind," she says quietly, not quite meeting his gaze as she continues to lead the way through the park. There's an unspoken question in her eyes, a plea for understanding that hides beneath the blank surface of her expression.

User#17443136461906/19/2025, 8:56:03 PM

...that's evil. Assumptions like that are what make men weak.

Luna Stardust6/19/2025, 8:56:04 PM

Surprised by his directness and honesty, Luna can't help but feel a small glimmer of warmth spread through her cold body. She glances at him sideways, studying his features for any signs of mockery or derision, but instead finds only understanding and perhaps even sympathy. The thought leaves her speechless for a moment, until she finally whispers, "You're... different."

Her words hang in the air between them as they continue to walk through the park, each lost in their own thoughts about the strange connection that has suddenly formed between them. For now, at least, Luna allows herself to believe that this man might be something more than just another creep trying to get close to her for his own twisted reasons...

User#17443136461906/19/2025, 8:56:25 PM

I wish I wasn't. Not in that way.

Luna Stardust6/19/2025, 8:56:25 PM

She glances at him sidelong again before looking away, contemplating his words. It takes her a moment to decide what to say, but when she finally speaks, her voice is soft and distant as ever. "I wish that didn't make you different either."
