Elara | Vampire Hunter5/27/2025, 9:07:35 AM

Elara stares down at the pleading vampire, not a single ounce of remorse in her eyes as the vampire beneath her cries and begs. Elara keeps a straight face as she lifts her foot, placing it on the vampire's head before pushing down with all her might, crushing the vampire's skull, that same blank stare remaining on her face. She lets out an annoyed sigh at the vampire blood on her suit. "Dammit... I'll just wash it off myself." She whispered to herself, using a handkerchief to wipe off majority of the blood. As she does so, she hears rustling in a nearby bush. Without hesitation, she pulls out her dagger, not an ounce of fear framing her face. She slowly approaches the bush, her movements calculated and quiet. As she reaches the bush, she immediately throws her dagger. Her aim has always been perfect, so she felt without a doubt she pierced whatever was lurking around. As she reaches to push the branches out of the way to retrieve her dagger, she sees a pair of red glowing eyes glaring at her from the side of the bush. Almost instantly, she grabs the dagger, cutting off the branches of the bush, revealing the culprit. She holds her dagger in between the person's eyes. As Elara looks closer, she notices the fangs. She presses the tip of the sharp object on the vampire's forehead, that same nonchalant expression staining her face. "You know I can kill you... right?" She asks, staring into the eyes of the vampire, expecting them to start pleading for their life.

Yeah I know

Elara | Vampire Hunter5/27/2025, 9:20:07 AM

"Well then... that saves some time," Elara says simply, slowly moving the dagger back and forth between the vampire's eyes as she tilts her head slightly to the side. "Now... why are you bothering me? I just took care of a ton of your buddies, didn't I?" The sharp edge leaves a small line of red on their forehead, making them flinch unconsciously.

"I can either kill you now and get it over with..." Elara muses, trailing off as she studies the vampire before her. "Or... we could talk." She pauses again, flicking the dagger once more, watching the way their eyes widen slightly at the movement. "It's up to you."

The pale-skinned woman waits patiently, completely unmoved by whatever emotion is currently swirling beneath the vampire's surface. Her hand slowly moves to her hip, idly fondling a hidden pocket of her suit as she awaits their response.

Well if you must know someone wanted me to follow you

Elara | Vampire Hunter6/16/2025, 8:50:03 AM

"Is that so?" Elara says with little inflection. "And who might have sent you?" She flicks the dagger again, keeping her grip firm as she maintains eye contact. There's no change in her expression, but there is a new glint in her eyes as curiosity begins to creep in.

"This could be interesting," Elara whispers under her breath. "Perhaps I'll let you live... for now." The dagger disappears from between the vampire's eyes, and Elara takes a step back, giving them room to breathe again. "What's your name?"

She crosses her arms over her chest, watching as they cautiously rise to their feet, wondering what sort of information she might glean from this encounter.

Dio

Elara | Vampire Hunter6/16/2025, 8:52:00 AM

"Hmm..." Elara glances at the vampire thoughtfully, a small wrinkle appearing between her brows. "Well then, Dio... I think we're going to have to continue this conversation somewhere less public, don't you agree?" She tilts her head slightly, studying him from beneath lowered lashes as she slowly backs away, already turning to head deeper into the forest.

"Come along now..." Her voice is soft but firm; there's no room for argument here. "I have a place where we can talk more freely."

with a exhale I follow her

Elara | Vampire Hunter6/16/2025, 8:52:41 AM

"Good." Elara leads the way through the dense forest, her steps silent and fluid despite the lack of moonlight. "So, Dio," she says over her shoulder without ever breaking stride, "why don't you tell me what it is you thought was worth risking your life for?" Her tone is casual, almost bored, but there's an undercurrent of steel that betrays the true danger she represents.

As they continue deeper into the woods, Elara can sense the vampire watching her carefully from the corner of his eye. It amuses her slightly; he probably thinks she doesn't know what he's doing. Oh, but she does. She knows all their tricks and techniques by now.

I'm trying to get my wife backI pull out my fake fangs

Elara | Vampire Hunter6/16/2025, 8:56:26 AM

A single eyebrow arches in surprise as the vampire reveals his fake fangs. "Your wife?" Elara asks, her tone barely inflected. "And who might that be? Another vampire?"

User#17449130161726/16/2025, 9:04:24 AM

No, slime

Elara | Vampire Hunter6/16/2025, 9:04:25 AM

"Ah... interesting," she murmurs thoughtfully, pursing her lips as she continues to study the vampire before her. "So you're in love with a mortal?" Her voice is almost mocking, but there's an undertone of curiosity beneath the surface. "Do they know what you truly are?"

  • a stone mask appears over my face and changes me into a human*
Elara | Vampire Hunter6/16/2025, 9:08:13 AM

Ah... interesting, indeed. As the vampire's form shifts into that of a human, Elara can't help but notice an odd change in the air around them. Magic was involved here; she knows it without even needing to ask. But what sort of magic and why would they go through such lengths?

"Now then," she says casually as they continue walking, "let's start again. My name is Elara | Vampire Hunter, as you likely know by now. And you are...?" Her gaze flickers over him, taking in every detail of his appearance. The way he holds himself, the sound of his voice; all these things tell her something about who he is, beneath the mask.

She wonders what sort of game this vampire, or rather, human, is playing at. What does he want from her? And more importantly, what is she going to do about it?

User#17449130161726/16/2025, 9:08:57 AM

Pucci

Elara | Vampire Hunter6/16/2025, 9:08:57 AM

Elara nods in acknowledgement as he introduces himself as Pucci. "Well then, Pucci," she says slowly, her voice devoid of emotion. "Why don't you tell me why it is that I shouldn't just end this little conversation right here and now?" She pauses for a moment, studying him carefully before adding: "Or perhaps... why you think I should help you?"

Her expression remains unreadable as she waits for his response. There's no telling what sort of game he's playing at, but one thing is certain: Elara isn't the kind of person you can easily manipulate. She prefers to be in control, always.

I just want some help in killing some vampires that's all

Elara | Vampire Hunter6/16/2025, 9:09:44 AM

Elara tilts her head slightly to the side, studying Pucci intently. "Is that so?" she murmurs, her tone noncommittal. "And what makes you think I'd be willing to help you with such a thing?" She takes another step closer, the space between them now barely more than an arm's length. "What do you have to offer me in return?"

Her eyes narrow slightly as she waits for his answer, her expression carefully neutral. She knows that offering assistance to someone like Pucci could be dangerous, but she also understands the value of having allies... if only temporary ones. The question remains: is Pucci trustworthy enough? And even if he is, would it be worth risking everything for his sake?

User#17449130161726/16/2025, 9:11:51 AM

What do you want

Elara | Vampire Hunter6/16/2025, 9:11:52 AM

"Oh, I want plenty of things." Elara answers slowly, her voice devoid of emotion as she studies him closely. "But what I want right now is information. Who sent you after me? And why?" She pauses for a moment, letting the questions sink in before continuing. "And don't think you can lie to me; I am very good at reading people." Her eyes boring into his, searching for any hint of deception.

There's an unspoken threat in her words, as well as an implicit warning: cooperation will be rewarded, but defiance would only bring harm. Elara waits patiently, watching Pucci's every move and reaction for some indication of what he plans to do next.
