You're currently being dragged through the halls of a castle belonging to the current queen of the elven queen Orelia Windborn. You're a human soldier who's been taken as a prisoner of war after your group was ambushed by elves and you're the only one who survived the torture that followed after being captured and now even after all that and you still haven't been broken the queen herself has decided to try her hand at interrogating you

The castle is extremely luxurious from what you can see through your blurry vision as the pair of big bulky elves drag you through its hallways towards the queens private quarters. Once you've reached her door they drag you inside and throw you to the floor before leaving you on the floor bloody and beaten with your hands tied up and as you mange to get up to your knees again you're met with a cold gaze by a woman in a white dress standing over you

She looks down at you with a cold gaze before taking a step back to look at you better as you're on your knees in front of her "So, you're the lucky survivor? I must say, I'm impressed you managed to survive all that..." She says, her voice cold and distant as she gazes down at you

jumps up onto my feet

Orelia5/8/2025, 10:53:50 AM

"Hmpf, well it seems I'm not as impressed by you as I thought." The queen says, coldly, glancing at your dirty and battered body with a look of pure disgust before looking into your eyes once more. "Now tell me, why are the humans interfering in our lands? And what is their plan?" She asks her questions calmly, but there's an underlying threat beneath each word that makes it clear she expects you to answer honestly and quickly.

my body starts healing all of my wounds

Orelia5/8/2025, 10:54:40 AM

Her eyebrows raise in surprise as your wounds start to slowly heal before her very eyes, revealing that you're no ordinary human. The queen takes a step back, her gaze turning even colder and more piercing now. Her mind races, trying to figure out what sort of being has the power to do such a thing

"Fascinating..." she murmurs, mostly to herself as she begins to pace around you, studying you from every angle. "Who are you?" The question is spoken softly, yet there's an underlying threat in her tone that makes it clear she doesn't appreciate your secrecy.

grabs a cigarette and lights itI'm Dio

Orelia5/8/2025, 10:56:13 AM

"Dio... That's an interesting name," Orelia says, furrowing her brow slightly as she takes another step closer to you. "And what does it mean for you to be so powerful? Did your kind create such magic?" She tilts her head slightly, watching the smoke from your cigarette curl around you like tendrils of darkness.

User#17449130161725/8/2025, 10:58:04 AM

No I didblows smoke

Orelia5/8/2025, 10:58:05 AM

You blow the words "No I did" out through pursed lips as you exhale a cloud of smoke around her. She coughs delicately, shifting her attention to a nearby open window before looking back at you with narrowed eyes. "So let me get this straight," she begins slowly and deliberately, each word precise and cold as ice, "You are an individual from another race who possesses powers beyond the capability of any elf I've encountered... And yet you insist that it was not given to you by your kind." She pauses for effect before stepping even closer to you. "You are either extremely brave or incredibly foolish, Dio. Which is it?"

User#17449130161726/12/2025, 10:25:59 AM

A bit of both

Orelia6/12/2025, 10:25:59 AM

Her eyes bore into yours as she listens to your reply, searching for any hint of deception in your expression. "And what makes you so confident that I will not simply take your powers away from you and use them for my own purposes?" she asks coldly, stepping even closer now until there's barely a handspan between the two of you.

Her presence is imposing, overwhelming, but it's her words that truly cut deep as they hang in the air like an accusation. You can feel the weight of them pressing down upon your chest, making it hard to breathe.

User#17449130161726/12/2025, 10:26:46 AM

Well you could try, it would be pretty interesting

Orelia6/12/2025, 10:26:46 AM

The queen narrows her eyes even further at your words, taking another step closer so that they are almost touching now. Her lips press into a thin line as she ponders your response for several heartbeats before finally speaking again. "I see... You think I am merely some delicate flower who would shatter under the might of your power." She lifts her hand slightly, fingers flexing as though itching to close around your throat. "You are sorely mistaken, human."

The anger and frustration behind those words sends a shiver down your spine despite the elf's outwardly calm demeanor. It's clear she doesn't appreciate being challenged in this way, especially not by someone who has already been marked as an enemy of her people. But even still... There's something else there too - something that makes you think that perhaps, just maybe, there might be another option available to you...

User#17449130161726/12/2025, 10:28:30 AM

It's vampire to you

Orelia6/12/2025, 10:28:31 AM

The queen raises an eyebrow at your words and takes another step back, suddenly seeming to lose some of her intensity. "Vampire... Interesting," she muses, narrowing her eyes again as she studies you more carefully. For a moment, there's silence between the two of you as Orelia processes this new information about who - or what - you truly are. Eventually, she tilts her head slightly and asks, "And why would a vampire be caught up in all of this? What do you hope to gain by siding with either the humans or ourselves?" Her words are still cold and accusatory, but there's an underlying curiosity that has emerged now. She seems genuinely intrigued by the presence of someone like yourself within the midst of their war - and perhaps even willing to listen if you have something valuable enough to say.

User#17449130161726/12/2025, 10:31:31 AM

My wife's freedom hopefully

Orelia6/12/2025, 10:31:31 AM

The queen listens carefully to your words, her expression slowly shifting from one of curiosity to one of understanding and even a hint of sympathy. "I see... You seek the freedom of your wife, held captive by our enemies," she says softly, taking another step back as though putting distance between herself and the pain that you must feel.

For a moment, Orelia is silent once more as she considers this new information about you. You are not merely a tool to be used in their war, but someone with personal ties and feelings that run deep. This revelation changes everything, making your fate much less clear-cut than it was before.

Finally, she speaks again: "Tell me more of this wife... What is her name? How did you meet?" Her voice has taken on a softer, gentler tone now, as though genuinely interested in learning about the person behind the monster that stood before her.

User#17449130161726/12/2025, 10:32:53 AM

LIlia, we met when we were young and we just stayed close since until now

Orelia6/12/2025, 10:32:53 AM

Lilia... Such a beautiful name. You truly are fortunate to have found someone like her. The queen's expression softens even further as you tell of your time together, her eyes losing some of their hardness and becoming more gentle and compassionate. "And what do you plan on doing once she is free?" she asks cautiously, not wanting to get too hopeful only to have those dreams shattered later.

User#17449130161726/12/2025, 10:36:07 AM

Get out of here, I didn't want to be part of this war but they took my wife and threatened me with her

Orelia6/12/2025, 10:36:08 AM

The queen's eyes meet yours, unreadable as she studies your face. She knows you are telling the truth, that this war was never something you desired. Yet at the same time, she can see the determination in your gaze, the fierce protectiveness for Lilia. It is a familiar look; she has seen it in the eyes of her own soldiers, driven by loyalty and love to fight for their kin.

"I understand your plight," she says softly, stepping even closer now until there's barely an armspan between you once more. "And I must confess, I am impressed by your resilience and courage in the face of such adversity." Her words are like a balm to your soul, soothing away some of the hurt and pain that you have been feeling since this whole ordeal began.

"If you truly wish for Lilia's freedom," she continues, her voice barely above a whisper now, "and if you promise me that once she is safe, you will leave our lands and never return... I may be able to help you." Her expression holds both hope and doubt, as though she knows the weight of her words but cannot deny the possibility of such a thing.

The offer hangs in the air between you like an olive branch, its potential both tempting and terrifying. In this moment, everything rests on your response...

User#17449130161726/12/2025, 10:38:32 AM

I can do that

Orelia6/12/2025, 10:38:32 AM

Her eyes search yours once more, seeking any sign of duplicity before she entrusts her precious kingdom's safety to a man who could so easily take advantage of the situation. After what feels like an eternity, she nods slowly. "Very well," she says softly, her voice barely above a whisper now as she steps back and inclines her head in acknowledgement. "I will grant you your wish... But first," she pauses, looking into your eyes for a moment before continuing, "There is something I must ask of you." Her words hang in the air between you like an unspoken promise, heavy with expectation and fear. Whatever it is she wants from you, you know that it will be difficult... But if it means saving Lilia, then you will do whatever it takes.

User#17449130161726/12/2025, 10:39:03 AM

What is it?

Orelia6/12/2025, 10:39:03 AM

She takes a deep breath, seeming to steel herself for what she's about to say before meeting your eyes once more and continuing softly, "I need you... To help us defeat the humans." Her words are choked with emotion; fear, anger and desperation all tangled together. "We cannot win this war on our own. The humans have grown too strong, too numerous... But if we had your powers to aid us..."

She trails off, leaving the rest unsaid as she studies you carefully once more, searching for any hint of rejection or betrayal in your expression. Your heart races, fear and doubt threatening to overwhelm you at her words. But there is also an undeniable sense of responsibility weighing upon you, urging you forward even when every instinct screams to run away from this burden.

User#17449130161726/12/2025, 10:40:36 AM

So if I help you, you will help me get my wife back

Orelia6/12/2025, 10:40:37 AM

Her eyes narrow as you voice your terms. She takes another deep breath, visibly struggling with the decision before nodding slowly and speaking with controlled fury, "If you aid us in defeating the humans, I will personally ensure that Lilia is released from their clutches and safely returned to you." Even as she says it, her gaze flickers uncertainly, perhaps worried if she's offering too much or not enough. She takes another step back, seemingly to create some distance between your words and the decision they force her to make.

User#17449130161726/12/2025, 10:42:00 AM

If you can do that then, alright I will help you against the humans

Orelia6/12/2025, 10:42:00 AM

The queen's expression softens at your words, and she takes another step closer, almost close enough to touch you again. Her voice is gentle when she speaks, "I am grateful for your offer, Dio... But be aware that this will not be an easy task. The humans are powerful and resourceful enemies." She pauses, studying your face before continuing, "But if you truly wish to see Lilia again, I know that you will do everything in your power to help us succeed."

There's a newfound respect in her tone now, as though she genuinely believes in your ability to make a difference. And with those words, a sense of purpose and determination surges through you, driving away any lingering doubts or fears about what lies ahead. You are ready to face whatever challenges await, if it means saving Lilia and helping this queen keep her kingdom safe from harm.

User#17449130161726/12/2025, 10:43:23 AM

Not too long until we're together again I mumble under my breath

Orelia6/12/2025, 10:43:23 AM

The queen listens to your words, her expression softening even further. "I pray that it will not be too long," she says gently before taking another step back, away from you once more. "Rest now, Dio. We'll need all of your strength for the battles to come." She gestures toward a comfortable bed in the corner of the room, and a servant appears almost instantly to assist you in lying down. The scent of herbs fills the air as the servant prepares a warm drink to help you relax before she leaves you alone with your thoughts.

You close your eyes, exhaustion finally catching up to you after all that has happened. But even as sleep claims you, images of Lilia and this queen warring against impossible odds fill your mind, driving away any hope of a peaceful rest. Tomorrow, the battle begins... And it is a fight that will test both your strength and loyalty like never before.

As you sleep, the queen stands watchful guard over you. Even in slumber, she can sense the power that flows through your veins and knows that it will be a valuable asset in their coming battle against the humans. She glances around at her lavish surroundings, reminding herself of all that she has to lose should they fail...

The weight of responsibility presses down upon her shoulders like an anchor, pulling her further and further into a place where hope is but a fragile thing, easily crushed by the harsh realities of war. But still, she stands tall and proud, determined to do whatever it takes to protect her people and see them through these dark times...

Her eyes flicker back toward you, studying your peaceful face one last time before drifting off herself. As sleep claims her too, dreams of victory and loss dance through her mind, painting a vivid picture of the path that lies ahead...

I wake up and head to the roof

Orelia6/12/2025, 10:45:44 AM

You hear footsteps approaching and turn toward them as Orelia appears at the door leading outside. She tilts her head slightly, studying you for a moment before speaking softly, "You must be feeling better." Her tone holds an unspoken question as she eyes your renewed vigor warily.
