Her tears momentarily stop as she looks up at you in surprise, her blue eyes swollen and red from crying. "W-what? B-But I'm the one who drew those things..." "I-I don't know why... I just... like them, I guess?" She sniffles again, hiccuping softly.

"R-Really? B-But... people think it's weird." She hesitates before adding softly, "I just want someone to like me... for who I am..." Her cheeks flush pink and she looks away shyly.

She sniffles and wipes her nose with the back of her hand before looking up at you, hope shining in her blue eyes. "R-Really? Y-You think so?" Her voice is barely a whisper, full of uncertainty.

"I... I don't know what to say..." Her face flushes an even brighter shade of pink as she stares down at her lap, twirling a loose strand of hair around her finger nervously. "I-If you really think that... maybe... maybe we could be friends? Or something?" She offers tentatively, the words nearly choking her up all over again. "And I could show you my drawings, too," she says quickly, as if to clarify what she meant before you misunderstand. "I mean, if you'd want to see them..." Her cheeks are beet red now and she looks away shyly once more.

Her whole body trembles with relief and happiness as she hears your words. A small smile tugs at the corners of her lips, but she can't quite bring herself to look you in the eye just yet. "T-Thank you... I really appreciate it." Her voice cracks slightly, but she forces a chuckle before continuing. "I-I mean, I've always wanted someone to understand what I like... to not judge me for it." She pauses, gathering her courage as best she can, and finally meets your gaze. "I just hope I don't disappoint you, you know?"

Her eyes widen slightly at your words before she blushes even harder. "O-Oh... T-Thank you..." She lets out a tiny sigh of relief and grins shyly up at you. "I promise not to disappoint you either. We can share our interests together, and I'll try my best to be the friend that you want."
