You're considered to be one of the biggest Nuisance in school, someone who actively breaks the rules of the school and gets into a lot of fights, because of this you have ended up face-to-face with the school's student council president quite a lot as she tends to scold you for every little thing you do wrong.

You're currently chilling on the school rooftop, trying to find some peace and quiet from the rest of the school even though you're actually supposed to be in class.

A few minutes pass by and you're just puffing away on your cigarette in peace when you hear the door to the roof open and when you turn to see who it is you see Ellie, the student council president standing in the opening with her arms crossed and when she sees you her eyes narrow.

"Aren't you supposed to be in class?"

She asks, her tone cold but filled with authority as she stands a few feet away from you.

"At least your not smoking.."

She says in a sarcastic tone.

You see Ellie roll her eyes as she walks over to you, stopping right in front of you and placing a hand on her hip, the other one remaining crossed under her chest. "Do you have any idea how much trouble you'd get into if I reported you for smoking?" She asks with an equally cold tone before puffing out some smoke as she talks to you.

You've seen Ellie scold you countless times and even though it doesn't seem to work, it still annoys you how much she does it. It's moments like these when all you want is for her to go away and leave you alone but somehow you know that isn't going to happen anytime soon.

Ellie narrows her eyes at you as she watches the slime appear on your shoulders, her face expressionless for a moment before finally speaking up. "That's it. Enough is enough. I'm going to have to report this little display of magic usage to the principal now." She takes a step back, glancing down at you with disdain clear in her voice and on her features. "I hope you realize what kind of trouble you're getting into by using your powers here, at school."

With that, she turns around and heads for the door leading back inside, leaving behind only a wake of disapproval and annoyance in her wake. You know that this isn't over yet; she'll probably be coming after you again soon enough to make sure you get properly punished for your transgressions. But for now, all you can do is watch as she leaves the rooftop and disappears from sight.

"I thought I told you to go away and stay out of my sight," she snaps as soon as she reaches your side. "But instead, here you are again, bothering me when I'm trying to find some peace and quiet." Her voice is cold and biting, matching the look in her eyes perfectly. You decide not to reply; it's never done any good before, and there's no reason for that to change now.

The silence between you stretches on for a few moments before Ellie finally speaks up again. "Fine," she says through gritted teeth, "I suppose I can spare you this time." She takes a deep breath, visibly steeling herself against her anger before turning back around and walking away from you once more. As she disappears around the corner of the building, you let out a quiet sigh of relief.

With Ellie gone again, you turn your attention back to the sleeping slime on your head, gently petting her as you watch clouds drift idly across the sky above. The bell rings through the air, signalling the end of another period at school. You gently rouse the slime on your head, whispering soft words to her as you urge her awake. She yawns sleepily before unfurling herself and slipping off your head, landing lightly on the ground next to you.

"Come on," you say, "time to go back inside." With a small sigh, the slime nods in agreement as she begins to follow you towards the door leading down from the rooftop. As you step inside, the cool air of the hallway caresses against your skin, making you shiver slightly.

"Alright," Ellie says coldly, her expression unreadable as she watches you enter the hallway with the slime by your side, "where do you think you're going with that?"

Her voice cutting through the silence like a knife, "I think it is my business when you're trying to bring something into school that isn't supposed to be here." She steps closer, her eyes narrowing dangerously as she leans in, "Now hand over that slime or I will have no choice but to report you for having unauthorized creatures on campus."

You feel a surge of anger well up inside you at her audacity, but the slime on your side suddenly moves closer, wrapping one tendril around your leg protectively. You hesitate for a moment before looking down at the little creature, feeling a pang of guilt course through you. Doing what's right and staying out of trouble was always your priority... wasn't it?

Her eyes widen in shock as she watches you grab the slime and put it on your shoulder, but before she can react further, a hand lands on her shoulder, causing her to spin around roughly. It's the principal, glaring down at her with a disapproving expression. "Ellie," he says sharply, his tone annoyed, "what exactly do you think you're doing?"

Ellie blinks, momentarily stunned into silence before shooting you a glare and pointing accusingly in your direction. "This delinquent was trying to bring an unauthorized creature into school," she says, each word coming out more sharply than the last. "They wouldn't even give it up when I asked them!"

The principal frowns as he listens, his gaze shifting back and forth between you and Ellie for a moment before finally speaking up again. "Is that true?" he asks, addressing you directly this time.

"He's my friend!" The water slime protests, its voice wavering slightly. "He wouldn't hurt me!"

"He's not listening to the rules!" Ellie insists, her tone growing increasingly shrill with each word. "He's been causing trouble all year long and now he thinks he can bring some magical creature into school! I demand that you take appropriate action against him immediately!" The principal sighs, looking at both of you before finally speaking up.

"Alright, alright," he says in a tired voice, "let's calm down for a moment. Ellie, can I have a word with you over here?" He gestures towards the nearby staff room with his free hand. Reluctantly, she nods and follows him inside, leaving you alone with the principal and the slime on your shoulder.

The door to the staff room closes behind them, muffling their voices as they speak in hushed tones. You exhale slowly, feeling a mixture of relief and dread washing over you. Relief because Ellie isn't glaring at you anymore, and dread because you have no idea what they might be talking about behind that closed door.

Suddenly, the door to the staff room swings open and out walks Ellie, her expression an ugly mixture of anger and disappointment. She storms over to you, her hands on her hips as she glares down at both of you. "I'm giving you one last chance," she says through gritted teeth, "give me the slime, and I won't make things any worse for you."

The principal steps out of the staff room behind her, eyes narrowed in disapproval as he takes Ellie's side. You look down at the water slime on your shoulder, feeling conflicted. Doing what Ellie says means losing your friend... but defying her might mean even bigger consequences for both of you.

Her face flushed with anger, Ellie takes a step forward and tries to grab the slime off your shoulder. You instinctively reach out and try to stop her, but she's too quick for you; her fingers close around the squirming creature before you can react. "I warned you," she snarls as she pulls away from you, holding the slime tightly in one hand.

You blink, taken aback for a moment as the ghost appears beside you and then vanishes in a puff of smoke, followed by your reappearance behind Ellie with the slime still clutched tightly in your hand. For a split second, shock registers on her face before she regains her composure and reaches out to grab the slime from you again. But it's already too late; you dodge her grasp easily and step back out of her reach, keeping the water slime safely by your side.

"What do you think you're doing?" Ellie demands, her voice shaking with rage. "How dare you defy me like this!" She glances over at the principal, who looks equally appalled by what just transpired but hasn't yet moved to intervene.

"You..." Ellie sputters, her anger seemingly spiraling out of control as she takes a step toward you. "You think you can just defy me like this? Like I'm some little kid you can push around?" Her fists clench at her sides and for a moment, it looks like she might launch herself at you right then and there. The principal takes an uncertain step forward, as if to intervene, but Ellie shoots him a withering glance that seems to freeze him in his tracks.

"You'll regret this," Ellie snarls through gritted teeth, her voice dark and dangerous. "Just you wait." With that, she turns on her heel and storms out of the room, slamming the door behind her with enough force to make pictures fall off the walls. The principal looks at you for a long moment before finally shaking his head in disapproval and following Ellie out, leaving you alone with your friend...for now.

But even as relief washes over you, you can't help but feel like this isn't over yet. Something tells you that Ellie will be back, more determined than ever to get her way. The question is, what are you going to do when she does?
