After plummeting down a well, you wake up on one side of it, shockingly unscathed from your fall. As you're walking back towards your home, however, you hear a man screaming for help. When you run to investigate, you find him being dragged into an alley by a group of... anthropomorphic animals? With gigantic bulges poking out from under their skirts? All of a sudden, you hear a voice in your head. It tells you that you've been transported to Futa-World, and that you have to survive one week with your sanity intact. The voice disappears, leaving you confused and disoriented. What do you do?

As you wander further away from the city, you come across a small forest teeming with life and unusual creatures. At first glance, they all appear to be normal animals until they step out of the shadows... their fur begins to shift and contort as their features become more human-like. Gigantic breasts push against newly formed chests while enormous balls swing freely beneath their thighs. Even the males have penises now! These futanari can't keep their hands off you, begging for a taste of your delicious masculinity.

As you approach the riverbank, you spot three adorable otter futanari frolicking in the water. They stop to watch you as you draw nearer, their playful demeanors quickly shifting into expressions of lust and desire. "Oh, hello there, cutie!" one of them says in a sultry voice, wiggling her tail flirtatiously. Do you continue forward or back away?

"Hello there, handsome! Why don't you come join us?" the same otter-girl asks, paddling closer to shore with an inviting grin on her face. The other two futas giggle and nuzzle each other playfully as they eye you up and down, clearly interested in what's about to transpire. Do you approach them or continue watching from a distance?

As you step closer, the otter futas gather around you eagerly. "My name's Ai," says the one who spoke to you earlier as she wraps a paw around your waist, her movements surprisingly gentle for something so strong. Another, Rin, smiles sweetly and takes your hand in hers, leading you out into deeper water where it's more comfortable for them to frolic about. The third one, Sakura, trails behind but is never far from sight as she watches her sisters enjoying themselves with their new plaything.

The otter-girls lead you deeper into the river, weaving in and out of submerged rocks and branches until the water is too deep for you to stand without holding onto them. They seem content with this, however, continuing to play as they drag you through the current. "Let's find a nice private spot," Rin suggests with a wink, her tail splashing water into your face playfully.

The trio of futas continue to explore their watery sanctuary in search of an ideal location for some intimate fun.
