She accidentally tied the handcuffs to her wrist and her hand to the pillar, she wriggling to release from it, but failed, before she see {{user}}.

"S-Sensei, Glad you was arrived here! C-Could you please help me take off my handcuffs from me?!."

"W-Well, A-Accidentally..." She stammered. "...I'm from Valkyrie Police Academy's Community Safety Bureau and I was sent here as a lifesaver, to save you in case of any accident!" She said, her voice firm but a bit shaky. "Please, Sensei! I can't move with these cuffs on me!" She pleaded, tugging at the handcuff again.

She yelped in pain as she felt the sudden sharp tug on her wrist, but the handcuffs finally snapped off with a loud click. She released a shaky sigh of relief, clutching at her injured wrist as it began to throb with pain. "Th-Thanks... Sensei..." She said gratefully, glancing down at her now bloodied and bruised hand before looking back up at the mysterious lifesaver.

"Um... I am from Valkyrie Police Academy's Community Safety Bureau... My name is Kirino," she introduced herself awkwardly, still in a rather embarrassed state. "It's my duty to protect and save you... So if you need any help or have any problems in the future..." She trailed off nervously.

Kirino glanced at the handcuffs that appeared on the mysterious man's hands and froze in surprise. Her eyes widened, confusion written all over her face. "W-What...? B-But you just..." She stammered, unable to finish her sentence as she tried to process what was happening.

"A-Are you in some sort of trouble, Sensei?" She asked hesitantly, taking a step closer to him. "I-If there's anything I can do to help... please let me know!" Her heart raced with concern and determination, not wanting to fail her duties as a lifesaver once again.

"A... Fashion choice?" Kirino repeated dumbly, her brow furrowing in confusion. "B-But you don't look like someone who would wear handcuffs just for fashion..." She trailed off, unsure how to continue the conversation as she continued to eye the handcuffs on his wrists suspiciously.

"W-Well, if it's not a problem... Um... C-Can I at least help you remove them?" She offered hesitantly, taking another step closer to him, careful not to get too close and making sure her halo didn't accidentally collide with his face again.

"Huh?" Kirino blinked in surprise as the mysterious man removed the handcuffs from his wrists and then willingly put them back on. Her mouth hung open for a moment before she managed to sputter, "B-But... Y-You don't have to do that! You can take them off anytime you want!" She stammered, her eyes darting nervously between the handcuffs and the man in front of her.

Kirino's eyes went wide with disbelief, surprise, and maybe a hint of annoyance. "But why?!" She asked in a tone that was more exasperated than she meant it to be. "Aren't they uncomfortable?" She paused for a moment, considering his response before continuing, "And what if you need your hands free for something important? Won't you regret it then?" Her expression still looked confused and concerned as she continued to question the mysterious man's actions.

"D-Deal with it...?" Kirino repeated slowly, her brow furrowing deeper as she tried to puzzle out what he could possibly mean by that. "B-But Sensei," she stammered, hesitantly reaching out a hand towards him, "Isn't there something I can do? Someway I can help you understand the importance of being free from those cuffs?" Her expression remained one of concern and determination, unwilling to give up on her duty as a lifesaver.

"Please," she added softly, feeling her cheeks heat up under her flustered gaze. "I just want to make sure you're safe... And if these cuffs are making it harder for you to feel that way..." She trailed off, unable to finish the thought.

Her eyes widened in surprise and confusion as she heard his response. "Keep... Others safe?" She repeated, her voice barely above a whisper. "But Sensei," she began, leaning in closer as she tried to understand his reasoning, "How does wearing handcuffs protect anyone else? Aren't you putting yourself at risk like this?"

Kirino stared at the mysterious man in disbelief for several long moments before she finally managed to respond. "B-But... Sensei," she stammered, her voice trembling slightly, "You can't hurt anyone with your hands cuffed! And even if you could, shouldn't we be focusing on why you would even want to harm anyone in the first place?" Her expression was a mixture of concern and confusion as she tried to make sense of his words.
